位置很好, 就在維也納中央車站附近. 浴室就如同大家所說的, 洗澡容易水溢出到地面, 但因為很乾燥, 所以溢出到地面的水到隔天就會清除. 服務人員很好. 如果你是會員, 可以辦理提前入住, 對於很早到維也納的人, 是可以提前休息.

櫃檯服務人員非常親切，早餐種類很豐盛，房間很乾淨浴室因為沒有門，所以冷空氣吹進去有一點冷

我要特別感謝櫃台的服務人員，其服務態度非常親切，當我反映住宿的房間內的洗臉台(Bathroom sink)有裂痕，可能會對使用者有險時，服務人員立即連絡幫我更換房間，而且是立刻解決，我非常感謝。此飯店最大的優勢便是離車站非常近，交通方便，也可以步行至美景宮(Schloss Belvedere)，以及步行至軍事博物館(Heeresgeschichtliches Museum)，甚至可以步行至老城區，也只要25分鐘，非常方便。我感覺奧地利的人民對於別人都非常友善，也很有禮貌，這是我第一次來到奧地利的想法，謝謝。

The location is good as it only took a couple minutes walk to the tram station, and it was only a few stops from the center. The room itself was clean and relatively big. Two small things can be adjusted to make it perfect were the hair dryer (too old) and no door in shower room, the water was on the floor constantly. One good part was, there was a water machine by the entrance, the hotel provided bottles so you can refill and bring it with you daily. Overall it was a good place to stay and I will come back if I have a chance to Austria for sure.

This stay was a great experience — the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was excellent, making it easy to get around.

Just 5 mins walk to Vienna central train station, very convenient to take public transport. Very nice staff and room decorations is quite new. But no kettle provided, we can only use the nespresso machine for hot water but the water will come with coffee taste. Hope can provide kettle in future.

The location is very perfect! Just few minutes to Wien Hbf and tram station to city center. Staffs are helpful & nice Very good for distilled water is provided in lobby. Buffet breakfast is good And can fill with supplied bottles and back room Room are in normal size and well equipped but we felt inconvenienced with no door for the shower room! We couldn’t cross the” border “ when someone shower……and really so cold when shower without any blocking the warm air! This is why I give overall marks are low for it.

Room is quite small , and location is great only close to the Central Station , but nothing can do in the evening ! Cost per Price is not recommended

The bed was really comfortable and the room was really clean. We have a great time here.
