Loved everything about it: location next to Rockley/Accra Beach, the Southside Boardwalk with restaurants and beautiful views, the large, clean pool, very helpful staff - even brought a higher chair with arms for us to sit in at the pool. Room was large and had whatever we needed. Our only quibble was our room balcony,108, faced a wall - the pool view was off to the side. Will go back.

Breakfast buffet was great, but service was slow. Had to wait a bit for someone to bring coffee. Property was gorgeous with great water views.Front staff and manager were helpful. Other dining options in area, close to the boardwalk and restaurant.

I reserved two ocean-view rooms with the clear expectation that at a minimum my family would be on the same floor. Instead, we were placed on different floors, creating unnecessary inconvenience and frustration. The first-floor 'ocean-view' room was a disappointment. The view was heavily obstructed by the pool and garden, offering no real visual access to the ocean. Given the price premium we paid for the scenery, the room fell short of expectations and did not provide the value promised at booking.

i suggest you ask for the upgrade of poolside vs city view. those ZM's can be loud when they drive aggressively or honk.

Super beliggenhed, perfekt strand. Hotellet er generelt meget slidt, værelser er utrolig slidte vi manglede varmt vand 3 ud af 6 dage. Ingen tvivl om at det har været et dejligt hotel for 20 år siden, men det trænger meget til en renovering.

Utrolig sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Fantastisk beliggenhed og lækker strand. Poolområdet var fint, men slidt.
Hotellet var meget slidt og misvedligeholdt- der var håndklæder på gulvet fordi der flød vand ud. Værelset var også meget slidt. I fire af vores ti overnatninger var der intet varmt vand i bruseren. Fitnesscentret var ok, mennesker var maskiner, der ikke virkede og meget beskidt.

We didn’t have running water in our room for 36 hours -with no acknowledgment of unacceptability nor any offer to locate working showers, sinks or toilets. This is a public health hazard.

A refund should be forthcoming as you were notified we were unable to be there owing to weather conditions & cancelled flight . Now you’re telling me YOU cannot contact the Accra hotel & provide a refund . Someone needs to do their job ! ASAP . This whole affair is making for a less than pleasant time away. Please rectify . Rooms in older areas are tired,had no hot water for 14 days….. should give 2 stars ,certainly not a 4 star resort as advertised,but the beach,location and most staff were wonderful……. Could be so much better though

Our room was very good but we did not have full hot water the whole of our stay (12 nights) even though management said they were trying to fix it was a very hit and miss situation.
Also at the bar the had run out certain ingredients for cocktails.The hotel needs some money spent on it to bring it up to a good standard .
