Was listed as a 2-bedroom, was actually 2 connected hotel type rooms. Extremely limited parking. Clean.

Very nice boutique hotel. Pool on the property. Balcony. No elevator. There were small bugs in the sinks. Pay for mini bar items. Overall I had a great stay

This is a hidden treasure. It's relatively private, secure, aesthetically pleasing, and well maintained. The staff was helpful and kind. Their complimentary coconut bread is awesome. The beds are comfortable and the room very spacious. There are coconut and mango trees within the fence, making it more beautiful, which stands out amongst the regular surroundings of Belize City. Also, there's a small cafe within a short walk that has great food and drinks, called BakedCoffee, and not too far away from the available nightlife and restaurants (even a casino which isn't my thing) too. Highly recommended!

The hotel is in a residential neighborhood. The area did not appear to be safe for a single person to walk around alone. All the restaurants were a good 20 - 30 minutes walk. At night it was hard to sleep. The walls between the rooms were so thin that you could hear every conversations that the guests were having. From outside there were dogs barking all night. However the thing I found the most deceptive about the room, was the upgrade to a pool view! The view was really a view of the backlog the house behind the pool. I would never stay here again nor would I recommend it for a single traveler. The reason I give it a three star rating is because the room was well decorated.

Perfect place to stay. Great location to have walking access to many places. Very clean and very friendly. And the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on in a hotel!!

Very nice hotel and helpful staff, but without an on site restaurant and without a lift to get bags to 2nd and 3rd floors, I cannot give five stars.

The room can be cleaned daily if needed, friendly staff, all doors are keyless entry, nice outdoor pool area for relaxing, ait conditioning works very well, and the whole property is maintained very nicely!

When I say this hotel was perfect and went above and beyond, I mean it! From the check in process to the staff to how attentive and responsive they were to any questions I had, I loved it. The location is perfect being a less than 10 minute walk into town and a cute breakfast place just a 1 minute walk up the street. The rooms were spacious and the layouts were fabulous providing a patio for each room. Before checking in, I let them know some of the people on the reservation would arrive before me and I authorize them to check in and they were extremely accommodating and gave no hassle. The bathroom had great lighting for pictures. 10/10 would recommend again.

Great location and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. Rooms are super spacious and the neighborhood seems very safe. There’s a restaurant around the corner if you need to grab something to eat and easy location for pick ups for excursions or trips to airport or dock if you need to go to any of the islands. Sheridian was super sweet and helpful when we checked in. I wish the pool stayed open a bit later but other than that we enjoyed our stay. Already recommended to some future visitors.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet area. The room was huge, and the staff was very helpful.

Wonderful property! Super clean and very spacious room! Very welcoming staff. Super cute coffee shop just around the corner for drinks and meal! Not to far of a cab ride to the markets or places to eat. Nice place to stay!

I was thoroughly impressed, the rooms are modern and they were very clean and spacious. My two little ones had enough space to play. The grounds were well kept and the area is also very quiet and safe. I would def stay here again if visiting Belize another time. Staff was very helpful.

I will always stay here while in Belize I went for my grandmother funeral and it was convenient for me
