Great location. We appreciated having a kitchenette, so we didn't have to eat out every meal. We had a balcony that overlooked the park/pool, which was really nice. The included breakfast was as expected of a Best Western - plentiful but not exceptional. The hot tub was out of order the week we were there.

It's in a good location.. but it's very noisy with the construction.. Also, because there's no AC, so you have to open the windows.. There's also no window screens on the kitchen window.. so you can't really leave that window open.. but we left the balcony door open..

There were two staff upon arrival. One was helping someone, the other was on their computer and didn't make eye contact until directed to do so by their colleague. That was weird.
The room was super dated. I mean, really really dated. Updated in patvjes every decade it appears. That's about as often as it's been cleaned too. The floor was horrifying. I'm not a germophombe but my goodness, replace those god awful carpets and clean things once in a while.
The shared amenities like the breakfast and pool were updated and clean. Well done. Money invested and reflects as such.
The pool is wonderful as is the hot tub.
The parking lot has a very low ceiling so if you have a high clearance, be careful.
The breakfast is awesome. Good quality, well staffed, abundant.
Good place for a family. Just bring a hazmat suit.

The hotel is located near tourist attractions but is also quiet and ideal for relaxation. The standard rooms are only suitable for two people; more than two people would feel cramped and inconvenient. A suggestion for improvement is that the bed is too soft or too saggy, making for an uncomfortable sleep.

Easy to walk to for a reasonable price. Upon arrival room was not ready, was told we would get a text letting us know it was ready. Never did.
Front desk staff knew little to nothing about the area. Did not know where anything was and at one point googled something, which i am capable of doing.
Room and amenities were good. Very quiet location. Hot tub, was super hot which was great.
Breakfast was ok. Very typical, eggs, toast, sausage, coffee/juice. Nothing special but edible.
Overall would stay again, but wouldn't rely on the front staff for info.
Taxi from the airport to the hotel cost $71 CAD plus tip

Enjoyed our room and the balconies offering a partial view of the harbour. (611) The convenience of walking to restaurants, the Whale watching tour, the Red Barn Market (best made to order sandwiches)and Fisherman's Wharf meant we did not have to move the car once. The included breakfast was all we needed to start the day with a full belly.
