the make shift breakfast arrangment is not acceptable

Maybe change up the breakfast abit more? Very walkable to many sites. Liked treatise and mini fridge to cook in if wanted.

Stayed one night. Had to tolerate a terrible noxious smell through out the hotel from driveway resealing. It was even worse in our room right beside the driveway. Gave us terrible headaches. They told us the smell would dissipate soon after application but when we returned to our room hours later it was worse. Then we had no water in the room from a burst pipe. Couldn’t stay in these conditions and had to leave at midnight to find another hotel. Not okay. This hotel should not have been renting rooms during this phase of their renovation!

Needs some upgrades

Room was comfortable, clean and quiet. Hotel is in a great location in the Inner Harbour and it is easy to walk to many tourist spots in Victoria. The front desk staff was friendly when checking in but some didn't look up from their personal cell phones and greet us when we would walk in through the front door during our stay.

Room was a good size and included a kitchenette (strangely plates were extra). Lots of noise however as front driveway was being redone Worse across the street they are redoing the shoreline for next two years so all hotels in that area are affected. Included breakfast was done well!

Great location

Property was clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good quality, fresh and good selection. Staff were helpful.

Very clean,good breakfast, helpful staff. The kuerig coffee maker didn't always work well and the TV was kind of weird.

Good spot, nice quiet area but close to town, hot tub was great, very happy

Great stay

The Best Western on the harbor is our favorite place to stay in Victoria. We come here twice a year for over a decade. We arrive on the Coho as passengers without a car and walk across the road to the hotel. It is perfectly located on the inner harbor and everything is within easy walking distance. We start the day with a free breakfast and after a day of exploring and or shopping we go to the pub next door and have a beer and watch the world go by in the harbor. Wjhale watchers coming and going, the little water taxis and best of all the seaplanes.

Front desk staff were not exactly friendly. Location is good. Hotel is pretty run down and our room did not look like the photos. Most definitely NOT worth the $300 per night we paid to stay here. And on top of that, we had to pay $30 to park our vehicle for 2 nights. I wouldn't stay here again.

My husband and I stayed here for our 20th anniversary trip to Victoria. Rooms are a little dated but staff was super friendly, location - amazing, breakfast- really good, and the price was great! Definitely would stay here again!

Great stay, close to inner harbour, with friendly helpful staff. Reasonable secure parking. Excellent variety of fresh and healthy foods for breakfast.
