Impossible de relaxer à la piscine tellement c'était bruyant. Le chaos total de jeunes ado qui saute partout,hurle etc ne permettant pas aux autres de relaxer et faisant peur à mes 2 petites nieces plus jeune de se baigner. Je me suis plaint et la seule chose qu on m'a dit c'est il y a beaucoup de famille dû à un tournoi d'hockey. On ne m'a rien offert pour compenser. Pas parce que ton hotel est plein que tu dois laisser les gens ne pas respecter les regles de civisme. J'ai payé le gros prix pour ma nuit et j'ai aucunement profité comme j'aurais dû. C'était le cadeau de noel de mes nieces d'aller a votre hotel et profiter de la piscine.

La chambre était bien

Room was great in terms of size and space. Could have been cleaner... Overall, enjoyed our stay. Very accessible parking nearby, not too expensive for 24 hours.

Love this hotel except for the elevators in the morning. Only two working and lots of person need them. Took 15 min. to be able to get down from fourteen floor.

Beware of charges after checking out. I checked out and was told at the time that everything was set and that there would be no additional charges. However, I noticed a $19.16 charge on my credit card statement. I never received an invoice or any notification about this charge, so I’m not sure what it is for. I sent a message to the hotel, but I haven't gotten any reply.

L’accueil fut très long, car il nous a fallu 35 minutes pour être pris en charge. Puis nous avons eu plusieurs fois des problèmes de clés de chambre qui ne fonctionnait plus. Nous avons dû faire 4 aller-retour à l’accueil pour qu’ils decident d’envoyer une personne de l’entretien et encore une heure de perdue. C’est un bel hôtel, mais mal géré.

The accommodation was adequate; however, staffing levels appear insufficient. Despite an explicit request for housekeeping, no service was provided.

Was only there for a single night, but it met all the baseline requirements for a hotel. Clean, well kept, convenient and helpful staff. Would certainly stay there again in the future.

Check in was horrible. Stayed for 3 nights and room was never cleaned. Elevators took forever. They couldn’t accommodate the volume when sold out. Dirty dishes sitting out in hall the entire stay. The only good thing was that it’s attached to mall and food court. Good location.

Check in is 4. We waited in line a. Hour to be told our room was not ready. We were not the only ones. Car back a half hour later and they again said not ready. Only when I pushed back did we get a room. There was a huge wait for the elevators in both directions. The hotel is very big and they do not have enough staff to manage it.

The room was ok, the beds could be better, excellent location walking distance to everything. The staff is not very friendly. The buffet is breakfast only and is not that good.

Lots of shopping places along Saint Catherine Street and underground shops, perfect for freezing weather.

The location of the hotel, the cleanliness and breakfast was really good! But it took almost 1 hour to check in our room wasn’t ready, to check out we waited almost 40 minutes to take the elevator!

The staff was very friendly and the room clean and modern. We loved it!

This hotel is located in a very central location, and they have on site parking available, however, be prepared for minimal working elevators during peak morning hours. It’s faster to take the stairs down and out - especially if you have breakfast reservations. Also, our room didn’t have a working hotel telephone (which was necessary as we needed to ask for body wash - which was empty upon our arrival), and despite asking for them to fix it, it never was in our 3-night stay. Consider carefully before booking here.

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton really stood out for its warm and welcoming atmosphere. The first thing that caught my attention was the friendly staff and the signature warm chocolate chip cookie at check-in — a small touch that made a great first impression.
