The breakfast is terrible; not enough food to serve. They only fill up few pieces of ham, bread when it is empty. It is my first time ever to have such a bad breakfast in the hotel. Do not recommend to get the breakfast here, not worth it. The room is ok, not great. I don't think I will stay in this hotel anymore.

Everything was great! Even got upgraded to a bigger room just because they had it available. Love the pool and sauna and hot tub area! Comfy beds, nice washrooms. Very nice staff. 10/10

we did not get a free breakfast because we booked through expedia. Their bar and grill was close for renos so we had to go somewhere else for food.

Can’t say we had a smooth experience with Four Points Sheridan at Calgary Airport. We waited on hold for 25 min at the airport waiting for hotel staff to arrange the shuttle service for us- we ended up hanging up and just waited until we eventually saw the shuttle arrive- over an hour wait. The next morning we asked the reception for a map of Calgary downtown as we were heading in for the day- she gave a map of Banff? We had breakfast on our last day and when we checked our account we had been charged twice. The restaurant was closed under renovation the entire time. The self serve coffee / tea station was stone cold. The bus stop was close , McDonald’s & Tim Hortons was in the car park which was a bonus as it’s not really close to much else. Sorry can’t say I would stay here again. The place was clean just appeared to me that they had no care in the world if you had a good experience or not.

Staff is friendly. Room is clean and comfortable. One of the downside is the heater/fan is really loud. There's a pool with sauna and steam room (rare to find both at a hotel property). The fitness room is open 24/7 which is great! Lots of equipment, and they're pretty new. Unfortunately, there's no restaurant on site as it's currently under renovation. Fortunately, there are other restaurants within walking distance.

Friendly helpful staff. Restaurant closed for renovations. Very poor wi-fi. Bathroom needed minor maintenance.

Great value for your money

Poor customer service. When reported the fridge wasn’t working and it ruined my food overnight they said they would take care of it after I checked out, which was 2 days. I brought it up again and they finally changed it but left the cabinet 2 feet out away from the wall. The room A/c wasn’t efficient and ran all the time which was very loud. The beds weren’t comfortable. I travel a decent amount and overall it just wasn’t a good experience. I won’t book that hotel again.

Convenient place to stay. Tim Horton’s and McDonald’s are next door and easy to walk to. Underground parking is available. Shuttles running consistently to the airport. Sister hotel next door, as well. Easy to access.

Really comfy beds, spacious room. Overall enjoyed my stay. The only downfall is the shower. They have a rainfall shower head and the water barely sprays out a foot from the wall, therefore you have to stand very close to it to get water and you hit the back of your legs on the faucet.

Only stayed the one night but the location and comfort will bring us back

Comfortable beds and pillows, large comfortable room, front desk staff personable and friendly. The restaurant is under renovation therefore no restaurant open in the property. There is a very close restaurant across the parking lot. Underground parking much appreciated due to winter conditions. Very close to malls and grocery store within 5 minutes drive. And walking distance to medical clinic TotalCardiology.

No restaurant, no bar, no breakfast, hot tub not working. Snow and ice in front of hotel not removed. This hotel certainly does not deserve 4 stars.

The room was nice and was clean, but the bed was horrible. I could feel the springs in it. There was no fitted sheet also was annoying. Definitely was expecting a lot more of the stay and the staff is really snobby and rude, front desk and housekeeping.

Only stayed here because they have a restaurant/Lounge that turned out to be closed for renos. Toilet constantly running asked for it to be repaired only to have it started running again the next night. Otherwise everything else was minor inconveniences from cleaning only partially completed to tv remote not working, garbage cans left with garbage, coffee not refilled without having to ask. After finding the lounge not open during stay all the minor inadequacies compounded to become nuisances but enough for me to choose elsewhere next time
