The room was clean. The blanket on the bed felt much better than other hotels in the same price point.
We did have an issue getting into our room as the card wasn't properly registered but it was fixed immediately.
We were able to go to the pool. It was nicely heated.
We also the tried the pub found on lower lower level. The service was slow but that was because only one person was doing the serving. We don't blame him for his unfortunate circumstance. When he was serving us, he was excellent. Shout out to Payel for being a great server to us.
Overall our one night stay was great.

All staff was very pleasant. Young woman at front desk was awesome. We arrived early Christmas morning as we caught an early ferry from the mainland and she let us check in early that was much appreciated.

The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean, but one thing I would like to note is maybe they should have a microwave. For the cost of the room I’m surprised they didn’t have that.

Super friendly staff, clean hotel room. I would advise to not stay on the side of the hotel that is next to the Costco loading bay, unless you want to wake up very early to the sound of nonstop trucks backing up and unloading.
