房間設備太過老舊，床架設計不良，腳一直去踢到，水龍頭居然在淋浴設備花灑的對面，洗澡要來回跑，房間門非常難關起來，甚至很難打開，房間會時不時的飄來陣陣詭異的異味，像是陌生人的體汗騷味、消毒藥水味。 此外隔音也不好，整晚，一整晚喔，蹦蹦蹦蹦的腳步聲，一樓前面也還在裝修，還好飯店服務人員很專業親切。

This hotel is in a great location but you can likely expect no sleep! We chose three nights in Quebec City near the end of a two week road trip and had hoped to get some rest and recovery. Upon check in, staff informed us that they had upgraded our room - great! Except this room was above the restaurant/patio so kept up late with people drinking below/staff closing, then roadworks started outside by 6:48am AND then renovations started in the room NEXT to us AND they were drilling railings onto the patio below us before 8am. Even without the renovations, the walls and windows don’t block any sounds e.g. people having breakfast/drinks on patio, traffic, people walking by. Not sure why they thought that room would be an upgrade. We asked to switch rooms but were then told renovations at the hotel had finished so we decided to stay in the original room instead of moving our luggage… the next morning the railings were still being drilled into the patio below. We mentioned it to staff again but they didn’t seem to care too much, but gave us one night parking free ($25), which didn’t really make up for the lack of sleep. Good parking options, far more spaces than I expected as they had use of other car parks. Great shower. Also requested in advance that the free drink (Expedia VIP perk) was alcohol free, this was not arranged and there was a bottle of Prosecco instead, which we didn’t drink. This could be a 5* rating but the lack of empathy and noise let them down.

Very comfortable. Cleaning staff messed up our second day, we had to ask frontdesk for towels, soap, and our extra blanket was not replaced.

The reception staff here were amazing . They were very helpful and friendly, especially Matteo and Nicholas. The hotel is located in the perfect spot, close to the pier, restaurants and the Chateau Frontenac. The mini kitchen was very welcome. I would definitely recommend.

Très mignon, déjeuner délicieux au resto attaché à l'hôtel. Chiens acceptés, mais peut d'endroit sur le terrain de l'hôtel, nous devions toujours traverser de l'autre côté de la rue pour les besoins.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Port Royal for my birthday trip to Quebec City. Our top-floor corner suite was spacious, comfortable, and full of charm. The staff was friendly, housekeeping was attentive, and the location was perfect for exploring Old Quebec. I also enjoyed the breakfast. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended! Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour à l’Hôtel Port-Royal lors de mon voyage d’anniversaire à Québec. Notre suite située au dernier étage, en coin, était spacieuse, confortable et pleine de charme. Le personnel était accueillant, le service d’entretien était attentionné et l’emplacement était idéal pour découvrir le Vieux-Québec. J’ai également beaucoup apprécié le petit-déjeuner. Dans l’ensemble, ce fut une très belle expérience et nous y séjournerions de nouveau avec grand plaisir. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel!

Lovely quaint boutique hotel right near all the main shopping and restaurants that you can walk to. It is on a busy corner so you do hear lots of street noises. The room was large enough and really loved having a full kitchen although very limited cooking items available. Bed was on the softer side. Front desk staff was amazingly helpful! Nice lounges. Would recommend as location and room size/kitchen are ideal

The hotel was very nice and clean with a very friendly staff who were willing to help you. Also the hotel is nicely located near Old Quebec which made it very convenient. The one caveat I will add is that the information on the hotel stated Hôtel Port-Royal is exceptionally close to the main Quebec Cruise Terminals (Piers 21 and 22), located just 0.2 to 0.3 miles away. It typically takes only a 3 to 5-minute walk or a 1-2 minute drive/taxi ride to get to your ship. In our case it took us more like 30 mins from the ship to the hotel, the distance was much further.

Great location and staff were so helpful. Our room air conditioning was broken when we checked in (it was 81 degrees farenheit in the room but only 70 outside) and they were able to switch our room to one that worked. Appreciate them making it right. The rooms were very spacious and we loved our stay!

The staff at the front desk were very accommodating and patient with us as English speakers. We appreciated being able to store our luggage since we arrived early off our cruise ship.

Good location with lots of nearby restaurants. Steep climb to old town along interesting winding streets. Staff were very helpful. Beds are comfortable. Restaurant on-site was being renovated.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado para salir a caminar en old Québec, muy cerca de la estación de tren! pero las habitaciones no son insonorizadas y se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle de los carros sobre todo y de las otras habitaciones! El restaurant del hotel está rico!

Staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. Location was great. Rooms were a good size and modern. Would stay here again for sure.
