Great location, thoughtful amenities like lounge with fireplace, umbrellas, hot drinks. Very helpful staff.

Was really a great stay, very elegant. Many stairs, wouldn’t suggest for anyone with disabilities as there are no elevators. Front desk lady was nice and helpful.

Nous avons du demander à obtenir l’air climatisé puisque le chauffage était toujours actif et il faisait 24°C dans la chambre et 28°C à l’extérieur. Le problème a été réglé lorsque nous avons parler avec l’employé. Mis à part cela, l’hôtel est très bien, nous avons rencontré aucun autre problème. Chambre propre et hôtel à proximité de tout, en plein coeur du vieux québec! *les photos ont été prises avec l’éclairage très bas, il y avait beaucoup plus de lumière lorsqu’elles étaient toutes allumées*

Incredibly cozy little hotel in a completely charming very old three stories house, dated around 1815! The bathroom is AMAZING! The hotel itself is so well centered, you can walk everywhere from there, you get the park the car only one time! 3 seconds away from Château Frontenac and the water. Will definitely be back!

Nous étions à 30 secondes du château frontenac et des plaines d'abraham. Les point négatifs manque de lumières dans la salle de bains et manque d'insonorisation.

A superb modern conversion of a historic property. A brilliant location for exploring the Old Town. Open-air parking a 5 min walk away very useful. We had a great stay…. highly recommended.

Clean and comfortable. Room was good size. Shower and bath are excellent. It just takes a couple minutes for the hot water to get flowing, but it will get very hot when it gets there. Only two things I would change. 1. The coffee maker is great if you don’t like regular coffee ( we went to Tim Hortons every morning because they only had espresso machines). 2. Thermostat was locked ( while the temperature was good, it’s still nice to have control)

Superbe décor, consignes d’arrivée claires pour notre arrivée tardive et lit confortable. Nous avons été par contre déçu de la propreté ( Sofa cerné de façon importante et couvert de saletés. Egalement, miette et objet laissé par les clients précédents découvert en déplaçant le pouf du divan). Nous n’avons pas été en mesure de le spécifié à la réception car personne n’a été sur place de toute l’avant midi.

This little hotel is charming. The staff was friendly and helpful, the accommodation and atmosphere was terrific. The value was great. Overall it was amazing.

Fantastic stay

Modern design. Great products/amenities. Kind staff. Great location. Room design is a bit unique. On two floors. Our room had the bathroom upstairs. No doors - so might not be convenient for people who wants privacy. Due to historic building, can get cold in winter. The staff was kind enough to provide additional heating source and start it on our absence. Not a fan of the shower design in this building. Not intuitive plumbing for water temperature. Open concept means that the shower section remained cold even while showering. Low water pressure - not great for rinsing long hair. The stairs takes a lot of space in the room. So no additional space or chair in the room with this layout. Once side of the bed is under the stair which means low ceiling and potential head bump. Only wireless charging on the night stands - so unless all of your tech can support it can be tricky. I would stay again since I always have a good experience and it’s a great location and great building but the elements mentioned above could influence someone preference. I think would be nice for a couple and people that just want a great location.
