The room in my first stay on 10 May was very good and I have left a good review for the hotel . My second stay on 16 May however, was far from satisfactory . I still remember the room is 212 near the elevator which was not an issue . The issue is , the room was dirty and despair. I know this hotel is 2 star and the cost is low, but I still expect a minimum standard for dwelling . I recommend full maintenance for the room. Problems : 1. Dustballs which I cannot ignore , 2 . Visible hair on the shower drain , 3 , shower head without stand , I need to hold it all the time. 4 , stain on bed sheet. …for 16 May , I paid 50 % more than my stay on 10 May , I really didn’t expect that the room was so…..

送迎があるが空港から電話をしてきてもらうので少し面倒。ホテルのフロントの対応も余りサービス業とは思えないが仕方ない。 泊まった部屋に窓がなく閉塞感あった。エレベーターが壊れそうで怖い感じ。

Light bulbs missing or burnt out, took forever for hot water, CO alarm on ceiling?!?

I was impressed with this hotel. I was initially drawn to book it because it was a reasonable rate. Excellent location, staff are very attentive. And the room exceeded my expectations.

No parking available close to hotel

This is a strip mall they have build a few rooms above to use like a motel Not a hotel There are no stars to this place Not safe No parking Not at all impressed Nothing was done by Expedia to help find another place or accommodate Just oh sorry to hear that Would you like to talk to our virtual agent

No smiles on the staff’s face. He assigned a room which doesn't have a window. The shower is broken. Toilet looks dirty.

Very clean room. Very comfortable and conveniently located close to the airport. Excellent value.

Location is great for airport users. Basic accommodation is good but not exactly a luxury place. No breakfast or in house meanu or food. No daily housekeeping for longer stays. But overall I recommend and will stay again for a basic stay option near airport.

Clean room, airport shuttle was on time

Cleanest hotel ever been to, staff super helpful. I will stay again easy shuttle from airport & great restaurant close by. best price close to airport.

Place needs more attention to maintenance of the guest rooms. But, for the low price, I guess I can put up with a few items not working or burned out.

Was able to call the hotel ahead and get the Shuttle number to call when I arrived at the airport. And return early in the morning.

Staff were welcoming and efficient. Room looked recently upgraded. Airport shuttle was excellent for my solo vacation with overnight in Toronto before a 7am flight.

Airport shuttle is not as stated, needs tp be arranged or dog eat your lunch. The wifi is terrible, i had to use my data! Because it kept freaking out. The entrance is had to get in with luggages since theres no ramp only stairs so if you're disbabled stay away.

O quarto que ficamos era abaixo do nivel da rua, ou seja no subsolo e havia apenas uma pequena janela que dava para uma parede. Me senti um tanto sufocada.

It was what I needed for the short layover! A bed and bathroom!!
