Clean room, airport shuttle was on time

Cleanest hotel ever been to, staff super helpful. I will stay again easy shuttle from airport & great restaurant close by. best price close to airport.

Place needs more attention to maintenance of the guest rooms. But, for the low price, I guess I can put up with a few items not working or burned out.

Was able to call the hotel ahead and get the Shuttle number to call when I arrived at the airport. And return early in the morning.

Staff were welcoming and efficient. Room looked recently upgraded. Airport shuttle was excellent for my solo vacation with overnight in Toronto before a 7am flight.

Airport shuttle is not as stated, needs tp be arranged or dog eat your lunch. The wifi is terrible, i had to use my data! Because it kept freaking out. The entrance is had to get in with luggages since theres no ramp only stairs so if you're disbabled stay away.

O quarto que ficamos era abaixo do nivel da rua, ou seja no subsolo e havia apenas uma pequena janela que dava para uma parede. Me senti um tanto sufocada.

It was what I needed for the short layover! A bed and bathroom!!

Nu Hotel has the best price around Pearson Airport. Shuttle to the hotel and the car rental was convenient

Barely warm water in the room. Lots of noise from the hall ways. Shower was broken.

The airport shuttle never showed up. We waited for it for 3/4 of an hour, we’re told it would take 20 minutes ended up taking a cab cost $25 for something that was supposed to be included, called the hotel eight or 10 times after about 3/4 of an hour, nobody answered the phone.

Good price, friendly staff, clean rooms, weird Hotel in general. Looks like a converted apartment.

We needed the shuttle when we landed however it took 4 separate phone calls to hotel to get an answer from front desk .. we thought the front desk clerk was quite rude all in all… this hotel is good for a one night stay but would be lacking for longer stays.

Was fine for a 10 Hour stay but wouldn’t stay again.

Front desk staff was lovely. Other than that it was a room with a bed, perfect if you have an early morning flight.

The hotel itself was nice, room was clean and everything in working order. My issue was the staff communication with the airport shuttle. For context, I arrived at Pearson Intl at 10pm, was ready at the terminal 3 hotel shuttle section by 10:25pm at which time i called the hotel and informed the staff member exactly where i was waiting: “Terminal 3 hotel shuttle station” to which she replied that their shuttle would arrive to pick me up in 15-20 minutes. I waited for 30mins before calling back and telling her the same thing and she confirmed that the shuttle would be there in 5-10mins. I waited 20 before calling back. At this point I’d been waiting outside in -4 degrees with only my tropical attire for 50 minutes. The next time i called it was a gentleman who picked up and after i voiced my frustration at the unexpected wait he informed me that their hotel shuttle does not have clearance for the hotel shuttle section, i was supposed to wait in another area. That is all fine and dandy but why the hell had his coworker not mentioned this in the first two calls I made? The driver even said that he had driven past twice looking for me, so why didn’t the hotel at the very least call me to make sure i was still waiting for them? Leaving three stars because the room was great and the second employee was helpful. Minus two stars for the first employee.

No garbage bin in the room, no tissue papers, quilt had stain, both pillow covers were totally different colors (white , off white), floor wasn’t heated, soap was so hard to use, shampoo/conditioner had a very repulsive smell, moisturizer made the skin dry instead if moisturizing. No complementary water bottles. On return, When sitting in the Shuttle I did mention the airline to the driver where Im departing, but when when he came to terminal 1 he asked to get downstairs and this and that to go to terminal 3, when I mentioned I did tell you the airline name and if you were not sure you could've asked me for that, never had to tell terminal before. And then he said ok I will have to go to hotel now but you can sit in the shuttle and will bring you back on next round. Terrible

Info re parking was not clear.

Check-in was very smooth and quick and the price was low. The security was limited (door to stairs not locked and accessible from foyer before fully entering the reception area). The room was okay, the bed wasn't... terrible, door missing from closet (some of the hardware was still in place). Floor boards had been clearly discolored and they did not butt up against one another where a repair had presumably been done. Wifi was good, had a large TV and a desk to sit at to do work. There are restaurants very close. Bathroom was mostly clean although there were a few stray hairs in the tub. For a budget hotel it hit about where I expected it would. If all you're looking for is a place to lay your head for the night, it works.
