Excellent location, easy parking, easy check-in, clean room. It's not a 5-star hotel -- but I didn't have to pay 5-star hotel prices, either. I'll definitely stay here again next time I have an early flight out of Pearson.

O hotel oferece otimo custo benefício para quem nao se preocupa em demorar um pouquinho mais para se chegar ao centro. Com 10 minutos de caminhada voce acessa o terminal 3 do aeroporto. De la, e so pegar o onibus 900 que da acesso ao estacao kipling do metro, com uma unica passagem. O quarto e grande, com cama boa e uma estação de trabalho. Certamente um hotel com essa estrutura no centro de Toronto custa, no minimo, tres vezes mais, então, pelo menos, para vale muito à pena perde uma hora se chegar ao centro e ficar no hotel com um ótimo quarto pagando um 1/3 do valor.

My stay at this hotel was unfortunately not very enjoyable. The noise level was extremely high — the walls felt like they were made of paper. I could clearly hear conversations and even what the guests next door were watching on TV, which made it difficult to relax. On top of that, every time I stepped out of my room, the cleaning staff repeatedly asked if I was checking out, and if not, what time I planned to leave. This happened multiple times and made me feel pressured and uncomfortable, as if I wasn’t really welcome to stay until my actual checkout time. Overall, I didn’t have a pleasant experience and wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

The bathtub doesn’t have a stopper in it to properly bathe. The blow dryer smokes when turned on and the pillows are terrible. Other than that it was ok.
