Very clean and friendly

We travelled a lot those past years ( Can, US, World ) and I would say that this place is the worst we’ve experienced, extremely noisy

Laundry facilities available and clean. The bath room toilet ran constantly. The tiwel rack located inside the shower caused damped towels; not sure if previous towels left for new guests.

Fire alarm went off one night and it was chaos. The staff never communicated what was going on

Great hotel, only downfall is parking situation. The garage can get very chaotic and harder to come and go easily

This place is a good stay in downtown Ottawa. I hope the room has bottle water

Found good restaurants near by. Children really enjoyed the look out on the top floor, where they could see the Parliament building and flow of rivers.

I had a fantastic stay at the Ottawa Marriott. The pool was great, fast elevators, friendly staff. The only issue I had during my stay was that the walls were pretty thin and I could hear very clearly some children yelling in the room beside us one night. It didn't bother me too much since, you can't help it that kids will be kids. I will say this place is very clean and it's nice they have hydration stations on certain levels to fill up your water bottles. This is especially great when on our trip we're out all day, so there's not a lot of opportunities to fill our bottles. It's also nice not having to fit my water bottle in the bathroom sink for water. 4.3/5 stars in my opinion!

Woke up every morning at

Room was clean, pool was nice, activity room was a little dated and missing some components for a couple of the games. Hotel itself is a bit dated, but seems there are some renos being done. Overall, had a good time with our family.

Restaurant staff on Sunday, Mr Hawa and Ms Leam were a delight. Service and food were excellent .

The room is nice and cozy, the location is great. Great service too. Getting to the underground parking is a little confusing though, we had to drive around a little bit to get in. We really appreciate the fact that you allow pets and there is no weight limit. Thank you!

Great check in service!

Amazing location and view from our room, which faced north towards the river and Parliament. Kids enjoyed the basketball court, games centre and pool in the bottom level.

Outdated room. Sound insulation not very good. Food overpriced. Great customer service.

The front staff supervisor was extremely rude to us and even though it wasn't our first time there and that everything else went well, i will not return, there was no excuse for this woman speaking to customers like that.

Good staff Quality check in experience Clean room

The room and location was great. The staff was great aswell but the room cleaning walked in very early all 3 days of stay which was around 9-10am. On the second day, I tried to ask for cleaning and informed the front desk at 11am and they said that they’d send someone yet when I came back around 8pm the room was not cleaned at all.
