Clean room Staff were polite and accomodating

Hotel would need renovations but it was very clean and there was all we needed. Breakfast was ok too, lotmof pastry to pick from and over all it was good for the price!

The room was nice and clean, couple downsides I noticed: the toilet was pretty hard to get to flush properly and had to close the door to use the toilet (not ideal with a toddler). The wifi kept going in and out so it was hard to watch TV. I will say I really appreciated having Netflix logged in already and able to watch. The bed was a little uncomfy but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall was a good stay for the price

Affordable and friendly stay!

Checked out a day early due to not feeling very safe. The place is very outdated. Coffee in the room was a year expired, breakfast is very basic. Lock on the room don't feel very secure. As a single female staying there I did not feel very safe.

While I wasn’t expecting anything fancy for the price, I was frightened by safety issues. Electrical sockets were hanging out of the wall with things plugged into them, extensions cords were full throughout the room and guards were hanging off the floor heaters. I would have left and gone to another hotel, but it was late on a Friday evening and we couldn’t find anything else due to sports tournaments throughout the city. You get what you pay for, I guess!

If you are looking for a more affordable hotel, this is a great choice. Nothing fancy but nice. The lobby was nice, the rooms are nice - in fact looks like my bathroom was recently renovated and even felt like it had heated floors. Bed very comfortable. The only negative is the boiler pipes are knocking which made it difficult to sleep at times. I think that's what it was anyway, but it was constant at times. Otherwise, the place was perfect. Also included Complimentary Continental Breakfast. The Asian girl at the front desk was so nice and sweet and very well organized - lovely smile. Check in and check out quick and smooth.

Loved the friendly staff the convenient breakfast and the super clean room with comfy beds only wish it had counter space in the bathroom and a full length mirror since we were there for a cheer competition but we were comfortable had a better sleep there then in a four or five star hotel.

Breakfast is very basic. They don’t provide room service at all I stayed their 6days. Although some of their staff member are super nice

Great spot and excellent service. Only issue I had was that the tv was too low to watch from bed!

The lobby of the building mislead the conditions of the room. Rooms were small the bed was lumpy, and when sleeping if someone turned on a pipe you would hear them knocking. We could not sleep. Plus they put a 200 damage deposit hold on my credit card. Not sure what their is to damage the entire place needs to be gutted

The heater was stuck on during our stay so it was almost 30 degrees in the room at all times in march when it’s below 0 outside, even with the thermostat set to cool and then eventually off altogether. The windows didn’t have screens so we didn’t want to leave them open too far incase of animals and the air conditioner did not work well enough to cool the room at all. We left early.

Convenient and well priced but noisy

This is good place. But I stayed at night.I heard A lot of noise at night time and should keep Colgate and water in room. However,Staff is good and good in cleaning.
