The hotel is starting to show its age but it is clean and comfortable . Staff were great

Breakfast wss great, pool area was very clean. Bar hsd alot of vlts snd very friendly staff. The room wss very spacious, except for the bathroom, no room for the wheelchair to enter

I had a very disappointing and unsettling experience at this hotel. When we checked in, our room was still being cleaned and was not ready for guests—it was actually quite dirty, which was frustrating after a long trip. What made it worse was the staff’s response; there was no apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. Although we were eventually given a different room, the lack of professionalism and basic courtesy left a bad impression. Additionally, no complimentary water bottles were provided, which is a basic amenity you’d expect. The most concerning part of our stay happened around midnight, when someone knocked aggressively on our door. It was a very scary experience. We contacted security, but they were unable to do much, and there didn’t seem to be proper safety measures in place. Eventually, a night front desk staff member apologized and security came to our room, but the situation was not handled in a reassuring or effective way. When we checked out, we brought this issue up again, but the two staff members at the front desk showed no concern or response, which was very disappointing. Overall, the experience felt unsafe and poorly managed, and it did not meet expectations at all. I would strongly recommend staying away from this hotel.

Television had good channels; Adult Swim and Disney Channel, surprisingly.

Wasnt awake for breakfast

Breakfast wasn't included. Shower was freezing cold. Showerhead sprayed all over and the pressure was so strong it was hurting. Toilet ran all night and the heater was so loud everytime it turned on.

Food was good The rooms are very bad and the beds are horrible

Crappy service

Initially had an issue with my first room being too noisy and no hot water. Staff immediately changed me to another wing and all was well. There were issues as well with noisy guests that the staff addressed right away. Room was quite large. Everything was very clean. Restaurant in hotel only open till 2:00 in the afternoon but there’s a sports bar there as well where you can order food till late. I ate at both places and the food is very good with excellent service. Lovely Sunday brunch which was a nice surprise.

There was no ice in the ice machine. ☹️

Beautiful lobby, friendly staff at check in, dated room with no real blackout blinds, disappointing shower with low pressure and not very hot

Cleanliness is sub par, beds felt springy, dirty, bathrooms poorly cleaned or rished. Pool floors were slimy and very slippery. Experience was loud and drunks screami g in hallways, banging doors all night. called to complain, said they approached the rooms , but it affected nothing. Eventually fire alarm was set off, so no sleep, driving home now. Bhorrible experience. Party hotel if thats what your looking for, they seem to do nothing about the noise, or enforce anything
