We arrived early but the hotel staff found a room for us. The most noteworthy aspect of this property was the superb housekeeping staff. They keep the place meticulously clean, even scrubbing the floor on hands and knees. A loose toilet seat was promptly repaired. The beds were among the best we have ever slept on. We came in from a day of shopping and were taken aback when we discovered that the cleaning staff even washed our dirty dishes! They also cleaned under our personal items on the lavatory sink and neatly arranged the items. On two evenings we had the hot tub all to ourselves. And we also observed that staff were just as meticulous in maintaining the grounds of the facility. The desk staff made a currency exchange that included Canadian coins for parking meters in nearby Dundas. We plan to return to Hamilton next year and we will be staying in this facility again!

This was a hidden gem. Such a clean hotel- fantastic rainfall shower with wand. Beds are comfy and the temperature was good. Close to highway which could create noise but honestly we slept through it. Spent some time in the hot tub and pool- nice area. Would recommend to anyone.

I was not informed at check-in that breakfast was unavailable as the restaurant was closed. Since there was no one else checking in at the same time as me, the clerk had lots of time to mention it. There was a tiny sign on the door of the unlighted restaurant with that information but it was the responsibility of the clerk to tell me it was closed.He also said tha Expedia was not clear in defining a ground floor room. Like most people. I expected the word to mean street level, but it is actually one floor below. It was fine, but confusing. Your other clients might object seriously to the wording. Because of where it was, the room had a second door that led to the parking lot, which might make others uncomfortable. Clarity is of the utmost importance when describing the room accomodation,

I have appointments in a Hamilton Hospital every three weeks and find the Visitors Inn close to the hospital and and the front desk staff are always very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are always near and clean and the beds and pillows are very comfortable to sleep on.
