IT IS OK PLACE FROM ALL THE PROSPECTIVES. JUST CAN`T BE LOUD - WALLS ARE REALY THIN AND ROOMS AREN`T BIG AT ALL.

Small, but cozy room. Front desk staff member allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of traveling!

Ótima localização e o quarto era bem amplo. Deram-nos um upgrade para o melhor quarto do hotel e ficamos muito felizes com essa gentileza! A equipe da recepção é muito gentil e atenciosa e uma das arrumadeiras também era bem simpática! No entanto, o hotel não é de luxo, como descrito no site. Ele tá mais para um hotel 3 estrelas. Além disso, Precisa ser renovado urgentemente. Os móveis são bem antigos, não tem tomada perto das camas e também não tem tomada para o secador de cabelo no banheiro. Temos que usá-lo no quarto, em um local que não tem espelho. O café da manhã continental tb deixa a desejar, pois é sempre o mesmo e não tem opção de qualquer comida quente, nem mesmo ovos mexidos. Se quiser, precisa pagar separadamente. Uma das moças que servem o café da manhã não era simpática, inclusive um dia chegamos faltando 10min pra encerrar e já tinham tirado tudo, a moça ainda disse que estávamos atrasadas! Nós dissemos q ainda faltavam 10min, tempo suficiente para nos servirmos, caso as comidas não tivessem sido retiradas antecipadamente. Ela, então, trouxe 3 croissants lá da cozinha e continuou repetindo que estávamos atrasadas. Apesar dos contratempos acima, acredito que me hospedaria novamente, em razão do custo benefício, pois os tamanhos dos quartos são bons para Londres e a localização tb é ótima!

On arrival we received a free upgrade to a beautifully spacious room. Very comfortable bed!! Large windows. Kettle & refrigerator were great as we were staying 9 nights. Deep bathtub with shower! Good continental breakfast included. Staff so helpful and friendly. Hotel is quick walk to Hyde Park, Kensington Palace, Royal Albert Hall, V&A Museum. Overall we were delighted with our stay! Thank you to all the lovely staff & management of the Ashburn Hotel.

Personnel très bien. Chambre propre et bien équipée. Hôtel bien placé à 5 min de Gloucester Station. Le seul problème était le chauffage : malgré un radiateur électrique d'appoint, il nous a fallu une couverture pour la nuit.

他のレビューで少し低い評価を目にしましたが、私にとっては最高に落ち着けるホテルでした。駅からも近く、飲食店も駅前に行けばあります。部屋も充分な広さで紅茶が大量に置いてあるのにイギリスを感じました。またロンドンに行く時は泊まりたいなと思うほど、落ち着ける場所でした。

Nous recommandons cet hôtel, très bien placé à 5 min à pied d’une station de métro, un personnel à l’écoute et accueillant, une chambre propre!

Room clean, staff very pleasant and helpful.Considering the hotel is next to a main road, it was pretty quiet. Good access to everything we needed. Tube, shops and cafes nearby.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel and room very clean and comfortable . Would stay again . We did have a bit of a problem with the overhead shower but that was probably us - not really an issue as we used the hand held shower head instead.
