被坑了，离市中心那么远还那么贵，提前若干天订的是81镑，付钱入住以后发现有52镑的，酒店设施很陈旧，进去的时候居然还有一盒没吃完的披萨没有收。简直就是垃圾！

Outlook and nearby environment of the hotel is quite good and quiet but the worst is size of the room - which is extremely small. If you are single or a pair of thin people, then this is not a big problem. However, if you are a pair of fat people, then you should feel very very uncomfortable. Breakfast is good and I will come again because price of this hotel is really competitive. Taxi fee from Liverpool Lime Street train station to the hotel is only around 3.5 Sterling. Don't go by bus because bus fare is 2.2 sterling one person. We (3 people) are too stupid to go by bus with 3 suitcases, we paid double then calling a taxi, please note of this essential point!

Good location with only 10 minute travelling to city center by bus. Staff are nice and helpful. The surrounding environment is good. Mac Donalds and 2 supermarkets located at the road junction. There is bar and lounge in the hotel. Breakfast buffet is provided and it's delicious! Will stay again next time : )

Free limited parking but more spaces on main road Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Our double room was nice and warm with a comfy bed. Shower had plenty of hot water. Furniture was dated and the wallpaper needed replacing. A continental breakfast was included, plenty of food available, although choices were limited. A one and a half mile walk along a straight road to Anfield with a McDonalds and a few small newsagents along the way.

Nice budget hotel staff are excellent and were very clear with the deposit conditions. Continental breakfast was nice . Rooms are comfy , I found it a little to warm but that's probably because I'm a woman of a certain age . Shower was ok although a little small . Think it would be a good idea for the hotel to consider doing a cooked breakfast in the future . I would be quite happy to pay extra . Overall we enjoyed our stay here

Good continental breakfast, walk to Liver builing takes 30 mins

Ideally located as it was close to Newsham Park Orphanage where our ghost hunt was but also town centre and Albert docks just a short drive away, staff were lovely, great complimentary breakfast, and comfy beds. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Breakfast was poor and very little options. Stale bread. Aside from that, couldn’t fault it.

This hotel claimed to be all inclusive. But you have to pay for almost everything in there. They don’t serve alcohol at all. Waste of time going there

We were very grateful for a room so close to Anfield and the staff were absolutely lovely, but the free parking wasn't available as they have more rooms than parking spaces and we were about worried parking on the roadside, which it was suggested we do instead. We slept quite well, despite doors outside our room that regularly slam loudly. We couldn't shower in the morning though as the water literally just trickles out. This was blamed on too many guests showering at once, but another guest said it was the same at midnight when it's unkikely anyone else was showering. Not being able to shower isn't really acceptable at any price. Breakfast was okay - a continental buffet with cereal, pastries, toast, fruit and cereal. Liverpool won, so overall a great trip!

Very slow check-in, took over 30mins, noisy all night, someone banging on door at 4am, room freezing cold and breakfast very poor.

Night staff went above and beyond when the WiFi wasn’t functioning. She helped me send message back to USA for work and got me a taxi at 445am to make sure I got my bus to the airport on time

Worst experience so far in UK .There was no internet was down all stay .Heating system was off ,had to wait in cold for some time to get heat back .Bathroom draining was not properly working ,it was uncomfortable to have a shower .

The room was tidy, but I wouldn't say spotless. The staff were nice, polite, and very helpful.

The room was really cozy and clean. The only negative thing was the really low water pressure in the shower. Other than that we had a great stay.

Breakfast was okay sprinkle head was broken but hotel staff was very efficient and resolved the situation right away

The room was very smelly,the window was that dirty you couldn’t see out of it,when we complained the window was jammed and the room was smelly also bed very uncomfortable to Trish the manager we were met with a tirade of abuse,in the morning we checked out early and sent message to yourself,you took Trish lies as the truth and banned me from booking with you again,absolutely shocking behaviour

Staff ok, rooms with no windows, no cooked breakfast, bar was the best thing of stay, very cramped

The staff were absolutely lovely. Really warm welcome and they even gave us an upgrade to celebrate my boyfriends birthday which was so so kind of them.
