Lovely hotel with plenty of public reasoning. Garden was great with tables / chairs and loungers. The spa was clean and very quiet and worth the £10 charge. Good choice car breakfast. Lots of on road parking locally in the evenings to avoid the parking charges. Helpful and friendly staff and the hotel has a nice relaxed ambiance.

Great staff, location and refurbishment. Food, drink, garden and leisure facilities excellent and the whole team couldn't be more helpful. Useful perks like free water, good tea and coffee tray, an actual bath and £5 off you don't have your room cleaned to spend on food or drink. Can't recommend it enough and will definitely be back!

Hotel location very good short walk to the beach and into town. Front of house very good car park reception bar lounge spa all good main pool is built in a glass house so very hot with no windows or air con. Breakfast very good restaurant clean staff helpful. Bar service very slow due to lack of staff and inexperienced staff. Spa staff very good spa all good but not sure hotel guests should have to pay extra to use it. Hotel room very small very hot no air con shower very poor so bad we used the pool shower it was much better.

The receptionist’s could hardly communicate ,no grasp of the English language, no offer to carry bags, onto floor with no lift.
Garden had used glasses on half the tables, no one coming around asking if drinks were required
4 star, don’t think so…………….

Staff very helpful, friendly and approachable.
Room was reasonably comfortable and tucked away in a quiet corner on the ground floor. Beds very clean and comfortable. Room was clean, roomy and stocked with tea and coffee. Bathroom was clean, spacy and had a small amount of shower gel, soap and 2 in 1 shampoo & conditioner. Bathroom required a touch of maintenance with the bathroom door scraping the floor on opening & closing it. Shower was reasonably powerful. A nice bar and lots of seating. Restaurant food was good quality with some nice options. Breakfast good with the normal options of full breakfast, cereal, yogurts, toast and pastries.

The hotel is lovely and in a great location. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made our stay enjoyable. Unfortunately, the cleanliness was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty, and the room was not cleaned to the standard I expected. This was the biggest downside of our stay.
The breakfast was okay, but it could offer more variety, especially fresh vegetables. Overall, the hotel has great potential, but improving cleanliness and expanding the breakfast selection would make a big difference.

Pros - communal areas are modern, great staff and can see the hotel being updated slowly. Great breakfast and nice location with car park.
Cons - rooms are dated (but they are being updated, I think?) toiletries provided are poor and bathroom was a bit dirty. I asked for no extra bed, however the bed was put up which made the room tight when I put up the travel cot.

Breakfast was excellent and hot the puddings were delicious lovely staff helpful and smiling. Only one thing it would be nice to have tissues in the rooms and toilets. The swimming pool was lovely but it could do with the door open in hot season. It was far too hot but the pool it self was lovely and warm. Great hotel would love to come back. Well done to everyone involved in working there.

Room was very clean and everything was so good. The room was modern with a gorgeous bathroom too. It was good to see a TV that had Netflix and YouTube and the view from the window was incredible of the garden. Highly recommend this place! Spa facilities were also amazing, make sure to contact about treatments prior to going though!
