進房間之後，上完廁所衛後既面對水壓問題。3點45分左右出門逛街，5點20分左右回來，酒店負責人大發雷霆驅趕客人，並說要報警

我覺得平和方便，其他沒什麼好

Classic hotel but old, looks a bit dusty but actually its quite clean especially the bath and the table. Size of the room and bath is big, location is near National Express bus station and China town so it is very convenient, no complaint. My room's window is facing the a busy road, so if you're sensitive to noise, it is better to ask for a quite room. Staffs are helpful and nice.

This is the worse experience in this hotel. It was noisy all night. The staff knocked my door at 10pm while i was sleeping and asking me whether i am showing with lots of water on the floor because downstair is leaking. I am sorry but i think the crack on the bathroom wall caused this problem thousands of times before. It was not my fault, i finished my shower 30mins ago and the bathroom has no water on the floor

Receptionist refused to hand over key cards to my 2 daughters even after i checked in online. Made the stay negative from the 1st minute they stepped into the hotel. When they say they treat everyone as an adult over the age of 15 is a lie. A 17 and 19 year old was not allowed to check in until I sent my photo ID in an email. Follow up messages to my daughters were about quality of sleep. Very poor due to substandard pillows.

The hotel is very well located, it is 2 starts hotel, room was clean ( could be better ) local areas carpets need to be changed (too dirty)

Good choice for breakfast had a room on 5th floor reliable lift very spacious but very noisy through the night sleep very little ok for stop over

No hot water in the bathroom taps during my stay. Managed to have shower 2nd morning, but completely cold water last morning. Had to do a strip wash in cold water. Very poor experience I reported it, and was offered a shower elsewhere, but i needed to get to work.

Enjoyed our stay. Excellent location would stay there again!

The building is beautiful and in a perfect location. Bar is comfortable and friendly and breakfast was great. All round an enjoyable stay

Expensive for what was a very average room.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. There is a good breakfast place right in the hotel. Also there is a pub with pool tables and lots of TV's to watch games. The staircase area is beautiful and worth seeing. Rooms are great for the price in my mind. Had everything any other room does for 2 or 3 times the price. Can be louder at nights as you are in a busy area, but that is expected due to the location being so great.

Stayed in room 114 the noise was horrendous doors slammed every few minutes shouting. Radiator not working but little heater to plug in which didn't make much difference. Rooms in need of a makeover. Security checking room cards with name & room number which made it feel secure till 2am. Braying on our door drunk lad & member of staff. This could of been avoided quick check on computer see what name booked room. Complained on morning after no sleep to be told they had to check as it was number given to them. Like I said 2 second check I'm guessing they do keep hotel guest info on computer. For £175 for the night i 100% would expect a lot more than what we got. We might as well of stayed in a hostel. Breakfast was awful cold not much choice for healthy option apart from an apple or orange. Definitely look elsewhere unless you want party hotel

No option to have rooms cleaned during our 2 night stay! Had to go down and get fresh towels etc. No mention of lack of service!

Room was dirty, chewing gum on a shelf, windows filthy, too hot and no temp control. Breakfast for vegetarians very poor. We did ask for sausages which were made but no accompaniments available (mushroom water left/ hash browns empty….)

Breakfast excellent. Hotel in general good. Room awful! No main ceiling light, no air con (was boiling in April and the weather wasn’t actually that warm!) no proper wardrobe. Hardly any storage. No cleaning during our 3-night stay! Had to ask for toilet roll and towels. Wouldn’t book again because of room!

Poor quality of room which I had to get changed. Confusion over breakfast availability.

Super overnight stay at the Brittania, shame I was solo this trip as was welcomed with a upgrade to a fantastic room wasted on me lol, shame about breakfast which I missed as service didn't start until 7.30am my flight was 8.40am, would have got all 5☆ if breakfast started at 6am, big old building lots of character, could do with a bit of tlc, otherwise great stay.
