Quiet n m&s supermarket is very close . Room a bit tiny but clean. 10 minutes walking to underground

房間真的小的有點驚人，經過3天的安排，終於適應在小空間裡的活動 似乎也不像剛進入房間那麼難以接受 反而可以轉身範圍內完成一連串的行動 床鋪像是日本和式床板，我比較矮小，所以可以完全正睡、橫睡 棉被非常保暖、包覆身體 剛到倫敦的時差，這床棉被可以促進入睡，調整體力，非常好 房內所有燈、窗簾、空調溫度以及安排打掃預約都是透過iPad 聯繫，非常時尚的方式 早餐部分，非常好吃 服務人員超級親切友善 初到倫敦，有可以信賴，溫暖對待的方式，緩和緊張的心情。非常感謝🙏 洗衣的部分已經委外，24小時後才能送回，這是當時訂房不了解的部分。 飯店位置非常好 步行幾分鐘可達河岸，river bus 登船點 有google map 導航非常簡易方便 到泰特美術館、菠蘿市場都太方便了

Great location near Tate Modern. Funky lobby design and compact room

Perfect place for a city stay

The rooms are compact but well thought out - bed being against the wall didn’t bother us as it was large and comfortable but the only gripe we had was the air con - had to request a fab in the end. The little fridge is a nice touch.

The staff were wonderful and the highlight of my stay - friendly, helpful and fun to chat with. The bar (including food) is open 24 hours, which really saved us after we got out of the theater and most places were closed. The room was comfortable. The design makes the most of the small space (my friend and I each had our own room). I liked being able to adjust the lighting to my liking.

Clean Room, Very friendly staff

Excellent stay here. Well located for Borough Market, Waterloo and the Shard. Helpful friendly staff. Rooms are compact but have everything you need and are packed with Tech. Modern decor with a very chilled vibe about the place. Would definitely stay here again. Five stars.

Everything was great except the shower strength was not great, head of handheld was leaking water so made pressure quite weak

I have been a fan of this hotel chain for many years and I believe that potentially it’s beginning to show its age. I’m not sure whether it’s the recent buyout by the Marriott chain or just the age of the property but we had to move rooms twice due to the air-conditioning not functioning properly and in fact the first two rooms we had both phones were not functioning and the second room privacy screen was stuck slightly open so we would have had no privacy. Andreia was incredibly kind and helpful and dealt with the issues and even comped us breakfast and coffee which was very welcome. I hope they can get their electrical issues sorted as I really believe in what citizenM are about in terms of comfort and affordability

Great hotel I’ve used before room was clean and quiet However the faff to turn on the TV all I wanted was to watch the news we went down twice for help then were told to chrome cast sometimes make things simple A remote control an on and off switch and no QR codes

This was excellent value for money compared to other options in the area. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, it felt safe for solo travellers, the communal spaces were modern and fun and excellently maintained and the room amenities were superb. Will be staying here again
