This is great hotel in the right location, about 15 minutes walk to Oxford Street, Euston Station and 10 minutes to Regents Park. Also close to 3 underground stations for different lines.
Rooms are a good enough size, clean and a good breakfast is provided. I think this hotel is a good central location to get into most parts of the City, and beyond and we would return.

AC was great! Important to us and during the record breaking heat wave.
We went to see shows in the West End (and visit museums). Location was good and price was MUCH better than "in" the West End. Easy Underground trips made the trips down and up easy (the record breaking heat wave did NOT help).
Breakfast was very good for me; not for my wife; I'm less demanding. Eggs were just right almost every day, so, along with fruit and cereal I was very happy. Eggs were overdone the first day which turned off my wife.
Staff wad very helpful including getting us into a better room after a couple days to get to a room with drawer space we needed for an 8 day stay. The inadequate drawer space in ordinary rooms is not adequate for a long stay.

Very nice hotel. My only complaint was the noise from the street and front within the hotel halls ans other rooms.
The doorbell at random from all the food dash folks was very annoying.

Very clean property and beautiful rooms, only thing is that the laundry was quite misleading. The amenities made it sound like we could use laundry on site, but instead it had to be sent out for quite a price. Ended up having to use a laundromat.

A lovely stay in central London, beautiful area and close to so many of the best things the city has to offer.
The staff was lovely, the breakfast was delicious and bountiful, the bed comfortable, and the lobby bar a new favorite.

I’ve stayed at the Gem Fitzrovia several times in the past few months and I find the location great, the breakfast generous and the rooms spacious and comfortable. My only criticism is the check in process - after arriving late at night, it’s not so fun having to spend 10 minutes filling out digital paperwork on a tablet. I wish this could be streamlined somehow.

Very nice classy hotel. Good value. Nice staff. Rooms updated. The air conditioning worked great on the hottest day of the year. Most sights are a 20 to 45 minute walk. However, very close to the Tube entrance so very convenient in that regard.
We would stay there again.

First time in London and the Gem Fitzrovia was the perfect place to stay!
Staff was extremely polite and helpful! We appreciated all of the breakfast options and quality of food.
A special shoutout to Mohammed (Ibus) who went above and beyond by making us an amazing late night tray of food when there were very limited food options after returning from a concert at Wembley Stadium.
Rooms were very clean with strong AC and WiFi. Location is within walking distance to 2 tube stations that allowed ease of getting around the city.
We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

A superior double room was actually a smaller double room. Not even a full double bed, only room for 1 bedside cabinet.
No place for 2 people to sit other than on the bed.
Never seen such a small bathroom although shower was good.
Fortunate to have AC though room felt damp when it was on.
Good location.

This is not a 4 star hotel!! Do not book if you are expecting one. Our room that we received initially has dirty clothes stuffed between the pillows despite being cleaned.
No beside table. Coffee in-room was a crumpled instant package that looked like it had been there for some time. No fridge in room and would only provide small cup of ice so if you have something you need or want to keep cold there is no option here. AC in room worked well but outside of that would not recommend.

Nice location and base. Independent restaurants close by and 10 mins walk to Oxford St. You can hear trains overnight, but low level noise.
Hotel was very clean, a tad dated furniture wise - but well maintained. Decent en-suite which was newer. Had air con that worked (its was 30+ when we stayed).
