We came about this place when a vrbo was unexpectedly cancelled. We could not have been more happy. I believe we got one of the last rooms in London, but everything was great. When we checked out, the guy at the front desk made sure we knew what we were doing on the tube to get to the airport. Would definitely stay again.

It was good took around 30 minutes to find us a room even tho we had booked in which was a little annoying especially in the temperature it’s been.
Really could do with some air conditioning tho. Very hot and can’t open windows probably.

Don't trust the photo from the web. It was not that nice. Our room had no hot water for shower, the pressure of water was insufficient. The window could not be closed and it gave us a sense that everything would be broken soon.

The wife booked a room without window, little did we know it didn't really have ventilation either. Just a stand alone fan. These rooms need a proper heating, ventilation and air conditioning system. It just got hotter throughout the stay.
The mattress was so uncomfortable and only supplying a single pillow was not good.
The TV could only display a couple of channels and the remote barely controlled it, but did turn off the fan.
The corridor to the rooms smelt funky with a mixture of damp, and other smells!
We won't stay here again.

We had 2 rooms, the TVs in both weren't working, which with children causes minor issues. The two rooms were 2 floors apart which wasn't great.
The shower in one was falling off the wall with one of the heads so badly scaled it didn't work, the cold tap to the basin took more than 10 minutes to get cold, the main building has extremely with poor airflow, it was warm weather but the outside was cooler than inside, fans were provided but wouldn't reach a window to bring cool air in.
The WC in the basement room had a bad smell that didn't really go away.
Tea and coffee weren't restocked for the 2nd night, nor were the bins emptied.
The rooms were clean enough, the beds were fine, but overall fairly disappointed.

Good location, nice and clean. However, we had to wait for check in longer. Furthermore, although this was a without window room, the ventilation was very poor and very warm in the night, with the provided fan feeling like it was taking its last breaths and frequently turning off in between. Could have been better if these were improved.

Check-out was 11am, however we were woken-up by cleaners entering our room at 9am. When they realised they'd woken us both up, they continued making a lot of noise outside of the room and kept hitting our door with the hoover. Terrible night's sleep for £239/night!
Rooms are also very out-dated.

Staff were amazing, parking was ok but blue badge holders still have to pay £20. Also surley if you've paid to stay it could be cheaper or free.
Maybe another pillow each. Breakfast was nice and plenty in offer. Good easy stay and would book again

Good value for money. Compare the price to the nearby budget hotel chains and it's very cheap so a clean, reasonably comfortable place to stay with no frills is all you can expect.
My room was cool in a heatwave, everything was clean when I arrived (though no cleaning during a three night stay) and the bathroom has a good shower.
It looked old, some parts were poorly maintained, and the walls were thin but you can't expect luxury at this price point.

The room was very uncomfortable. There was no aircon, and there wasn’t a proper window- there was a door to a flat roof but I didn’t feel safe leaving this open overnight as I didn’t know who could access it. As such, the room was like an oven overnight and there was no way to change the stuffy air. It was also apparent there had been a leak in the ceiling at some point due to the wall paper being stained and bubbled. I also believe the bathroom sink was blocked as it filled within 30 seconds of running the tap and then took ages to drain. Overall very disappointing
