超級方便，就在火車站出口，附近行街購物飲食也很方便，早餐豐富，房間光猛，唯獨是沖涼的水壓比較低

早餐比一般英國酒店好，可自製格仔餅。

room is big enough and the bed is really comfortable. The location is really good which there are lots of bars and restaurant around

Central location opposite railway station and close to shops etc. Room was generous and clean, although as the duvet was thin and the room temperature setting did not correlate with actual room temperature, an extra blanket would have been useful. The car park where a discount is offered is a 10min walk away and this would have been useful to know when booking.

The staff were amazing. We arrived earlier than our check in time and as our room was ready, they allowed us to check in straight away. Being opposite the train station was handy, as it meant easy access to both the Metro Centre and the Airport.

The hotel’s location was excellent — directly opposite Newcastle Central Station and within an easy 10–12 minute walk of all the main attractions, which made getting around Newcastle incredibly convenient. The staff I interacted with were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. However, I did overhear members of the kitchen team mentioning they were short staffed and very busy. They appeared quite under pressure, and I genuinely felt for them as they seemed to be working hard to keep everything running smoothly.
