Overall it’s very good, except the lighting inside room is too dark.

全間酒店裝修昏暗，入住時拒絕加錢換雙牀房，結果入住5晚的房間只有－個小窗但外面係好近嘅－幅牆，完全沒有景觀沒有陽光。可能間房太黑暗，連續兩日水杯和匙羹沒有洗乾淨就放返喺櫃入面俾你用！ 面紙用完沒有replenish. 拖鞋要問先會俾對新嘅你。環保加分。 住宿體驗失望！

The adjoining rooms were great for our family. Hotel breakfast was fantastic, enough choice to keep everyone happy. Overall, everything was great with the hotel.

Bed was amazingky comfortable. Quiet area.

Noor at the front desk was fabulous! Made sure my room was quiet as they were under construction. He went way out of his way to make me feel special! Awesome experience!!!

Second time staying here. Very nice and modern but TV didn’t work rhrough out my stay, even though I reported this several times. Not their fault as a supplier was meant to fix. Staff were kind enough to let me shower and change after my marathon, which was super appreciated and kind of them to offer.

The room was very clean and loved the evening turn down, even though we didn’t always use it. The shower had great water pressure and was nice and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. We did not use many hotel amenities outside of the room. I liked that I could use my Netflix on the television, the only negative was the lighting and the view with the construction. They were adding another floor, and I wish they would have let us know the view was just of the scaffolding. It was never noisy in the evening. The lighting was really challenging without having any outlets in the bathroom, had to do my hair in the bedroom and it was pretty dim. The lights were hard to figure out because one outlet switch would turn them all on, but then it didn’t work the same way the next time. Never did fully figure that out. The concierge’s were all extremely helpful with giving us tips and getting us taxis when needed.

The property was spotlessly clean. The breakfast choice was plentiful and good quality produce. The staff were so friendly abd can't fo enough for you. Special mention to Angela Gurung, Being Salloum, Seybabou sbd the chef in charge of preparing the omelette. The best friendliest, helpful staff ever. Thank you sll Hilton Bankside London.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was convenient with a good menu. Great location, near the Borough Market, the Tate Modern and the Old Globe theatre.

Everything was excellent and met our expectations. We stayed in a family room, which was very spacious and comfortable. The cleanliness was outstanding, and we felt very well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely love to come back again.
