Solid and good hyatt in an interesting new university town development. A small but good selection of shops, bars, and pizza in the square nearby, along with the hotels own bar/restaurant. Great shuttle bus to town and close to the park and ride, makes it a great place to stay and relax.
Presented good value for money on accomdation, didn't eat there.
Handy fridge in room helped too.

Stayed in Hyatt Centric for 2 nights, lovely hotel, friendly staff and room is nice and clean.
Easy to get to town centre and there is a big Sainsbury’s supermarket next to the hotel, very convenient.
Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed in Hyatt Centric for 2 nights, lovely hotel, friendly staff and room is nice and clean.
Easy to get to town centre and there is a big Sainsbury’s supermarket next to the hotel, very convenient.
Will definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel. Good restaurant in the hotel itself and a couple restaurants within the small community. There is also a grocery store close by. Cambridge is a nice 40min walk and has plenty of dining options.

Nice hotel, quiet location, close to park & ride for easy access to city centre. It’s in a new build/eco housing estate
Surprised to have to pay £20 for parking and £18 for breakfast which was extremely disappointing for the price. (Soggy croissants, tinned fruit salad, flavourless coffee)

Lovely stay and really great staff. We stayed for one night and the room was clean, comfortable and had all the expected amenities.
Location was a little out of the city but, we knew that before booking. Would stay again if visiting the Cambridge area.

Generally good standard for a large modern hotel. Impersonal but staff did their best to counteract this. Minor tell-tale details - my bathroom wash-basin plug didn't work, the cutlery was heavy and didn't match the crockery. Breakfast price excessive and gave a 'take it or leave it' impression, although the person in charge kindly negotiated a £5 continental breakfast that I wanted.

Guest left phone charger in room. Came back to reclaim a couple of days after stay. Receptionist said they would need to contact housekeeping. Never heard anything after that. Bit disappointing.

Excellent general stay at the hotel. Very clean and very modern only approximately five years old. Good choice in breakfast, hot and cold food. We stayed with our dog yet they did not have any dog bowls or anything. Also the Aircon was not working for many of the rooms on those couple of days which was a slight issue.

Really clean and smart modern Hotel. On-site parking is really convenient however the park-and-ride is a short walk away and cheap cheaper. I’d also recommend using the park-and-ride to get in and out of Cambridge rather than the slower local buses.

Room was very hot with no A/C and could not open the windows. Dusty, no water, milk or at bags in the room. Car parking an extra £20 a day. Not very good
