Housekeeping staff very friendly except one who wanted us to leave the room so he could clean, said we were ok and just needed tea/coffee etc. made us feel uneasy.

25 min walk to Churchill College, ideal as long as you have a brolley! Very good modern hotel, reasonable restaurant prices, helpful and friendly staff.

Stayed in Hyatt Centric for 2 nights, lovely hotel, friendly staff and room is nice and clean.
Easy to get to town centre and there is a big Sainsbury’s supermarket next to the hotel, very convenient.
Will definitely stay there again.

Stayed in Hyatt Centric for 2 nights, lovely hotel, friendly staff and room is nice and clean.

The room is with nice deco, clean and spacious. Very comfortable.
However, the breakfast is far from standard. For example, fried eggs were as tough as rubber and I couldn’t cut them with knife, sausages were dry and also difficult to cut. I had just eaten one slice of toast and that’s it. Other food were left on the plate. Seriously breakfast needs to have big improvement.
