The reception staff were excellent at the Ibis recognising that my wife may need an accessible room which they arranged with an early check in. This is a nice comfortable hotel with lots of amenities nearby. Highly recommend.

Very convenient, just located next to the Cambridge train station. And there are supermarket &some restaurants nearby. Just next to the taxi stop of Cambridge station, also close to bus stop, so is very convenient to travel to Cambridge city centre (fyi walkable distance for around 20-30 minutes).
Staff are nice and willing to explain & help.
The room is neat and tidy, suitable & would recommend for short stay.

差不多下午四點去到check in 但是房間還未有，因為正在清潔中，再等多廿分鐘還是未有，我訂的是雙床房，最後俾咗一間double bed room 只好加床，令我兒子睡得不好。

Location excellent. Breakfast was excellent and the staff very friendly BUT The bathroom area was awful - loud creaking push/pull door, a dangerous step up, hardly any space and the plug was clogged with dirty hair. Also the air conditioning was faulty.

This was a great location for my trip to Cambridge. The room was small but serviceable. The staff were lovely. 3 minor complaints: no in room fridge, no in room safe and no washcloths.
