Amazing location for Tube access generally but also for Paddington Station. Staff was very polite and helpful with any questions. Amenities were limited, which was fine, because who spends much time in their hotel in London anyway? I also liked the room layout, even if a bit small, and the lighting options were fun. My only complaint was that the hotel charges guests to store bags before check-in or after check-out. My arrival and departure this time did not require baggage storage, but this ridiculous charge would automatically eliminate this hotel for me in the future if I had flights getting in too early to check-in or departing so late that I needed to store bags.

Allocated to first floor facing the main road. Paper thin glass with noisy cars all night and could even hear people talking downstairs, couldn’t sleep well

Plus: very well situated, close to two Tube stations.
Tesco is opposite the building, plenty of cafes.
Room was clean, bed comfortable.
Very friendly service.
Minus: Room is tiny.
Cleaning of room only from 3rd night and we stayed 2nights. But can get fresh towels.
Outside environment is a 3.

Das Zimmer war klein aber sauber. Wenn man wenig im Zimmer ist kann man das Hotel gut nutzen. Eher für Singles und nicht für Familie.
Die Gegend ist gut, man ist schnell überall.
Die U-Bahn ist zu hören hat uns aber nicht gestört. Für den Preis ist es zu empfehlen

This is a nice hotel - it's in a great location - close to both Paddington and Edgware stations. An easy walk to Hyde Park and a quick tube ride to many attractions.

The room was accessible it was spacious and well planned. There could have been a better design for hanging clothes as the hangers were not a great fit but otherwise the room was comfortable. The beds very comfortable

Breakfast was great well arranged.
A really pleasant experience and stay. Would recommend. It would be nice to have tea making facilities in room but that would be a minor issue
