There was no electric kettle provided inside the room. No hot water for drink. What a disappointment without such basic amenity. Beside the room size is really small. Although in London we cannot expect more but it is really small

small rooms but super clean and quiet. No window but had a skylight and that was enough. Really impressed with the cleanliness so the other stuff seems minor.

Great and efficient hotel only stayed one night but happy to come back

The twin room was small but very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning made the room comfortable on a hot day. We were able to leave luggage at minimum cost. Staff were courteous and friendly and all in all this was a pleasant stay

Although our room was clean, we were choked on how small it was. One side of the bed was too cramped to get out of bed on that side so we had to push the bed but then the other side was tight too! No drinking facilities at all in the (no tea, no coffee, no water), of course no fridge. No hand towels in the bathroom. Clothes hanging facilities very poor. Breakfast was adequate , no more than that. We paid a lot for that room so big disappointment all around!

June 2026; 2ppl; 7 nights; "Cosy Double with Window"; Top-floor; Front. Room: Size euro normal; smaller if used to NA hotels, but found completely adequate and comfortable for 2ppl and our luggage. Light blocking curtains. Zero street noise. Bed comfortable. Smart-tv, hair dryer, coat hangers, safe, and fold out chair. Clean and newer furnishings. Room AC managed 30C+ heat fine. Elevator quick and roomy. Minor suggestions: Bathroom latch update; Add a folding luggage stand. Breakfast: Worth it and quality: good pastries. Can take to go. More than enough variety for my tastes, but check photos of spread if particular. Eating area quiet, comfortable and spaced/planned well. Never had to hunt for a seat. Staff cleared and cleaned tables swiftly. Staff: Friendly, available, and accommodating. Check-in quick/easy; will hold luggage for 3p (standard). Location: Area pleasant, close shops, good Tube access (District/Piccadilly direct to most places). Tip: For pleasanter walking route to Tube: take a right on hotel exit and use crossing just down the road. During stay building exterior was damaged and needed immediate repair work; necessitating brief room access. Unfortunately partner was bedridden with illness for the day, staff handled situation professionally and were very empathetic and proactively accommodating; providing temporary room for duration. Unexpectedly and generously; they have actually since opted to refund the night for the inconvenience. Would book again.

駅から近く大通り沿いなのでわかりやすい。比較的新しいホテルのため、冷房があり、熱波で異常な暑さだったから助かりました。大抵の場合は設置されている電気ポットがありませんが、フロントに言えばお湯はもらえました。

The biggest issue with this hotel was the size of the rooms. They were extremely small, with virtually no space to open luggage. The only way to access our belongings was to place the suitcase on the bed. Once the luggage was on the floor, there was barely enough room to move around the room. The bathrooms were equally cramped. The space around the toilet was so tight that I had to sit at an angle to avoid my knees hitting the wall. The location is the hotel's strongest feature. It is very close to Kensington Olympia and Olympia stations, within walking distance of High Street Kensington, and surrounded by many restaurants and food options. Breakfast was basic and consisted mainly of pastries, boiled eggs, cereal, tea, and coffee. It was adequate but nothing special. I would not stay here again. If you are claustrophobic or prefer a reasonable amount of space in your hotel room, this property is probably not for you. A friend who stayed at the same hotel was assigned a basement room that had only a skylight in the ceiling as its source of natural light.

It’s an okay property, just feel like the money we paid could have gone much farther. The room was very small for two people, outlets were only available on one side of the bed, and the bathroom and shower had barely any room for a single adult to maneuver. In mid-June, the air conditioning was average, but the duvet was still too thick (dear UK friends: please stop calling these “summer duvets”). If you don’t plan to spend much time in your room, and aren’t traveling on business, and don’t plan to travel in the summer, you’ll be fine, but I suspect other hotels will offer more space in the room and amenities for what you pay for here.

Good place for the value and close to public transportation.

Fantastic location- literally 5-6min walk to Earl’s court tube station! Very clean and very quiet room and hallway, well insulated for noise. Highly recommend. Although the room was very small, everything was designed ergonomically and with a lot of thought!. Will stay again!!
