It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.

Didn't have breakfast. Parked on Kings Dock very close to hotel

Would not stay again. £179 for a night. Images and reviews do not match experience. Needs a good clean. Rooms very very over priced. Breakfast cold and limited selection. Waiting for food to be cooked. No cutlery had to search. Staff cold and unwelcoming. No one speaks or checks your ok. Very cold unwelcoming atmosphere. Truly disgusting

The staff are always fantastic at this hotel and the communal areas are lovely. The rooms are a little tired and the fridge in our room didn’t work (we were only here for work for one night so we didn’t report this) but overall the hotel is lovely and the location is brilliant for our needs.

Great location on the docks. Clean. Great friendly staff

I didn’t use the gym but my friends did and liked it. I went for runs. I could easily get to many areas from the Pullman.

Rooms were fantastic and the location of the Hotel was perfect. Walking distance to local landmarks, and conference centres. Perfect for Business and Pleasure

Room was dirty, stains in bathroom plate in doorway, carpets old and dirty, itchy all night in bed. Location is greasy for liverpool docks but a long walk to the city shopping like Liverpool One. Far better hotels in the city. Was fist out in a room tha I refused! Paid more for a similar standard room but an amazing dock view- that was the best thing about the stay and it was superb view wise.

Missing a pool/spa, otherwise a fantastic hotel & superb location for a stay in Liverpool or a corporate event. We have been looked after wonderfully by all the team, thank you!

Hotel um pouco cansado.

Easy walk to all of the attractions and shops. Can be a little windy being close to the Mersey. It is nicely located just away from the City centre to have some quiet at the end of the day. We were made to feel very welcome by all the staff, the rooms were comfortable and had everything we needed, I thnk they could do with a refresh, but this did not spoil our stay.

Such a shame to score as only ok, as previously when staying at the Pullman we have really enjoyed everything about our stay and this time there were still positives but also some negatives sadly. Positives: warm welcome from all the staff team, lovely food in the restaurant and when I say lovely I really mean AMAZING. Great location, handy yet expensive ish parking (£18 overnight). Negatives: air con/heating didn’t work, no hot water for the shower, the room service breakfast was ice cold and really not worth the extra cost for room service as I’m guessing the breakfast was just picked from the buffet. Such a shame as the negatives left a sour taste and spoiled our otherwise top impression of the Pullman Liverpool.

Five night stay, over weekend missed one day housekeeping with sign on door.
