Great location. Short walk to the Russell Square station. Breakfast was outstanding! They call it a Continental breakfast but it was a full English breakfast. Beds were very comfortable! Our first complaint is that the property doesn’t have air conditioning and the windows only open about 2 inches. We were there in a heat wave and the fan they supplied was rather useless. The other concern is that there are frequent ambulances and the sirens are very loud. They gave us ear plugs, which helped a lot. We would definitely return to this location.

This hotel is very well situated with the Hop On/Big Bus having a stop right there, as well the amenities are fantastic. A very cute, clean and delish coffee and pizza restaurant with a nice outside patio as well as modern and comfortable inside seating right beside a wonderful Pub that also has indoor and outdoor seating. The food was very good at both places and it was so convenient to just get back to the hotel after a full and busy day sightseeing on the bus to have great choices right there. The staff were really great as well.
Our room was also very clean and a very nice updated bathroom with a huge tub/shower unit. We would certainly stay here again.

We stayed for 5 days in a triple room, the conditions of the room are good. However, no air conditioner during summer time is a little bit hard to us, the windows could not be wide opened due to security. A litter fan was offered in the room

Affordable and good location. I should have researched the air conditioning situation but not having AC during the heat wave was very uncomfortable. It was quite busy but the staff managed the guests well. Good location, easy to walk to many places.

The room was clean and comfortable but small. I booked a room with 2 single beds by mistake. It's window faces the court yard where a pizza restaurant and an open air bar are located. A big crow on Saturday night so very noise until late evening close to midnight. No AC in room so I need to leave the window open. Avoid this room unless you want to join the party.

No AC so the room was hot and with the window open it was very noisy from the road outside. Very hard to sleep. There was also only one wall socket so we had to get an extension cord so that we could plug our stuff in. I would not go back.

This was a great hotel if you are traveling by train. 10 minutes walk to Eustin or St. Pancras. Older hotel and does not have air conditioning. You can get a fan on request. We were there during a few school trips which made it busy at breakfast and a bit loud in the evening. The staff were great and helpful navigating the kids
