Hotel is very close to Wembley Stadium and reasonably priced on show nights compared to other hotels. Staff were very kind and helpful, lift was broken during our stay but staff members offered to help with luggage up the stairs. They were able to hold our luggage for us before/after our stay, although I did not like how it just sat in reception and there is no private place for the luggage to be kept.
Rooms were comfortable and modern, although the WiFi is terrible and did not work for us the entire stay.

Stayed here as it was close to Wembley Stadium, and was super convenient for that. Large, clan rooms, with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Loved the refrigerator in the room!

Had a great stay, hotel room clean and spacious. Only down side was there is currently an issue with the lifts so needed to walk up the stairs. Fortunately on this stay it was just an overnight so didn't have much luggage. There was also no plug in either the bath or the sink so could not use.

It was my very first time experiencing water leaking from the ceiling!
I was about to take bath and suddenly I saw water on the floor in the bathroom. Then I was water falling along the wall and the door frame and the edge of the ceiling. It’s absolutely disgusting. Eventually , it was found that the bathroom floor of the room upstairs was full of water after bath. That’s the reason why water leaking to my room. Worse still, the hotel is full and I couldn’t get any room changed.

Spotless room, great shower and ultra cool air con! When we arrived the lift was under maintenance, but our room was switch (with no hassle) from the 4th to 1st floor as I was travelling with someone who has mobility issues. They even offered to take our luggage to our room. Only 5 mins walk from Wembley or 15mins, on return (with mass crowds).

The man on reception was very friendly and helpful. However, we paid for a junior suite but didn’t get given one as they didn’t come with twin beds, so why was I able to book it when I requested twin beds? He offered breakfast as compensation but there was no GF options and we were given greasy deep fried hash browns with pan stained eggs so decided to leave it. The lift was broken with no air con in the halls and we were on the 4th floor. Our room was also a disability access room which we didn’t need and our sink was very low and the shower not suitable as had a chair in it. There was no hotel bar as advertised. It’s a very tired hotel and for £770 for two nights feels like exploitation (local to harry styles concert)

Total scam ! Rigtig dårligt hotel. Overpriced, Beskidt, faldefærdigt, elevator duede ikke, gardiner der hænger og med masser af pletter. Absolut ikke et hotel der kan anbefales !

It was a great location for concerts at Wembley stadium but hotel is looking tired and not well maintained. Use to be 4 star. The lift was out of order so up 3 flights of stairs with luggage was not ideal. The room needed refreshed TV was not working, damage to skirtings and broken light fittings.

The building could do with a little TLC in the rooms as lots of peeled off bits here and there but mostly we were annoyed that the lift didnt work and they didnt have anyone coming out to it while we were there - i cannot walk far and had to climb up 6 flights of stairs to get to "the lowest floor we can put you on" which was the 3rd floor - there was even a lady with double crutches who they expected to walk up god knows how many stairs at least 2 sets cos they dont have rooms on the ground floor at all. Really not happy about this at all and nobody offered to help us up with our cases.

The location close to Wembley was the only plus point. The hotel lift was not working, our air con wasn’t working and it was 36 degrees, the room was grubby with stains on floor and on bedding. Walls dirty and stains on lampshades. We paid over £1200 for 2 rooms and this fee was not reflected in the hotel or rooms. The only reason I can imagine they can charge this is because harry styles was playing. We have stayed at the Hilton many times for concerts at Wembley and would stay they next time again.

I booked this hotel as I was attending a concert at Wembley and wanted a convenient place to stay. But the overall experience was extremely disappointing. The one elevator in the hotel was out of service, and I had to lug my large suitcase up 3 flights of stairs. At first glance the room looked clean, but upon further investigation it was disgusting. Cigarette burn marks on the duvet throw, stains in the carpet and bedframe, plugs didn’t seem to work properly, and the bathroom toilette had cleaner from housekeeping in it that wasn’t properly scrubbed. It was like they threw cleaner in it and that was it. The tub also had a glob of something in it and didn’t drain properly so you could clearly tell it had never been cleaned. I understand the hotel is able to charge more based off nearby events and timing, however there should still be a baseline standard of cleanliness to abide by. I would never stay here again.

Do not stay here. Expecially not through expedia as they are absolutely useless in trying to get you a refund and the hotel will garunteed not co operate. I’ll never book another hotel through expedia but just thought i’d take the time to let yous know not to stay here. Bath came without a plug and they refuse to help by giving me another. Insanity that a hotel gets away with this

The staff were really helpful and polite. The rooms were clean. The property could probably do with a bit of an upgrade as some of the carpets etc are a bit worn. The TV facilities were great and have been upgraded since our last stay, there’s now a smart TV which is good. However the WIFI connection was poor at busier times which could be improved. The lift was not functioning for our stay meaning that we had to climb a few flights of stairs on our stay which was okay but not super convenient and difficult with baggage, although I’m sure the staff would have helped us carry the baggage if we asked. The breakfast was okay, the staff were super helpful. Could do with upgraded coffee facilities at breakfast.
Overall our stay was good and the hotel is in a convenient location for Wembley events. There are no complaints about the staff, they were fab, overall the facility could just use some upgrades.

When got to St George only 1 person checking people in so took time, then to be told I was on 5th floor and the lift wasn’t working so had to use the stairs. But did ask if we wanted to be moved and moved us to the 3rd floor. On Saturday morning only 1 person doing breakfast and ordered four and got 2 then 15 minutes later got the other 2, plus ask for one breakfast to have no beans but all came out with beans, so didn’t listen to the customer, the rest of the staff in the morning wasn’t helpful at all no one cleaning up or topping up bits, only the one person cooking breakfast was doing everything else, had to ask one of the other staff for 4 folks but had to ask her about 5 times, mornings staff was not helpful at all.
