Hotel maravilhoso e super bem localizado, perto da principal avenida de compras , da loja Lego e da famosa tjme Square de Londres. Muitos restaurantes e pub por perto . O quarto era limpo sem cheiro de mofo apesar de ter carpete, cama confortável e Café da manhã excelente.

La chambre réservée initialement ne correspondait pas aux standards habituels pour sa catégorie (double deluxe).
- surface trop petite.
- petite fenêtre donnant sur l'escalier de secours intérieur et le système de climatisation (sinistre).
Le personnel de la réception a toutefois accepté de nous attribuer une autre chambre correspondant davantage aux standards de cette catégorie - un peu plus spacieuse et avec une vraie vue sur l'extérieur.
La ventilation de la chambre est à améliorer (odeur d'humidité persistente)

la struttura e' bella pulita, in pieno centro ma non ho sentito alcun rumore. mi hanno gentilmente fatto upgrade della stanza appena son arrivata senza richiederlo, e la suite era splendida con tanto spazio e vista su londra. Letto comodo, Possibilita di farsi te e caffe molto apprezzata. Aree comuni molto Belle esteticamente, mi Hanno anche dato UN dental kit, viaggiavo per Lavoro e mi ero dimenticata lo spazzolino ma me ne son accorta tardi!

Our toilet and plumbing was not in great condition. The building also had the water shut off for a whole morning, so could not shower and had to use water bottles to even brush our teeth. Great location and an easy place to stay, but the general plumbing was not ideal.

A lovely deluxe double room on the 6th floor with everything we needed . Staff were very friendly and helpful , we could leave our baggage easily with them for a later check in and it was minutes to the theatre . Absolutely perfect for us .

Superb central location in the city. The team are all friendly and helpful. The room (king-size) was well sized with a comfortable bed, air con, kettle with a selection of coffee and teas, water, hairdryer, and a Freeview TV. The bathroom was clean and the shower large.
We were on floor 5 (6th floor) and couldn't hear the outside world and could barely hear others in the hotel (not sure if other rooms near us were occupied).

Elevators were out of service for most of my stay. Apparently this is not the only time this has happened recently. If you’re not ok with trekking up and down multiple staircases after a full day of sightseeing look elsewhere for a hotel!

The only thing that spoiled an otherwise perfect hotel experience was the noise made by cleaning staff in adjacent rooms. Talking loudly on a mobile while bashing a vacuum about. Everything else was excellent.
