Mercure Nadi

No lift or elevator

Travel in Nadi by taxi is easy and not expensive, so although it is not near city center or the beach, transportation is not a main concern. Although the building is a bit old, the room is clean. Just one minor thing, the water is not hot enough for bathroom at midnight while it is normal at the morning. There is a mall nearby, so it is also easy to access for supermarket and restaurants. Resorts in Nadi are expensive, so if you look for a hotel with reasonable price but also acceptable service, Mercure shall be a good choice.

网上付款，到店又刷一次，好在及时发现，协商解决了，进到房间看到蟑螂、还好只是一晚，凑合一下了，接送机服务还是不错的

性价比高

床单被套不是很干净，空调功率太小，太热了。其他还凑合，游泳池水比较干净。

距离机场只有几分钟的车程，酒店还提供免费的送机服务，适合转机过夜。 房间面积比较小，没有电梯，没有沙滩，早餐不好，东西少味道差，不适合在这里度假住。 出门往左（南）有个jetpoint super center，有超市和各种餐厅，有家海洋海鲜中餐厅，价格不贵还好吃，对面有家新开的中国餐馆，出门往右还有家韩餐餐厅，味道好吃价格不贵。 很不满意的是，订了早上740送机，吃早餐的时候跟我说车要先送别人，问我8点出发可不，我坚持740出发，酒店说好吧安排别的车，结果740的时候我们10个人出来，发现等我们的车竟然坐满了。。。其实根本就没安排别的车，非常的不讲信用。

The price is cheaper and room with balcony. Quite good. There is one restaurant served breakfast, lunch and dinner.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each day during our stay, the staff were great, the room itself was clean and quiet. Shops,restaurants and a supermarket are close by, also short bus ride into Nadi town for more shopping. Location of the hotel was convenient for day trips as the hotel is less then 10-minutes bus ride for pick-up and drop off from Port Denarua marina.

They put me on the third floor at the room number 306 and there was no lift access so I have to carry all my stuff up the stairs

its just very rundown, they don't clean properly enough to maintain the roofs, there's build up and mould every corner, every tile grout, every corner of doors just black build up. I think they can do better

The building is older, but still fairly well maintained. Staff was friendly.

Staff were amazing, facilities are a little dated and the beds weren't the most comfy but it was only for 1 night before we flew out of Nadi. The Breakfast was basic and not great, the hashbrowns tasted and looked like they were cooked last week and refrigerated.

Let's start with the positives: the lobby, restaurant, grounds and pool area are very nice, clean and well maintained. The staff was very nice and helpful. The daily breakfast had a lot to offer, and the omelets were delicious. The restaurant had a nice selection of food and drinks at reasonable prices and the portions were very large. I think 2 people could easily split an entree. The day spa is excellent. The wifi signal was strong and dependable. Now, for what could be improved: my room was shabby and really needed a refresh(which is why this hotel got 3 stars from me). The bed was very uncomfortable and the lighting was poor. The bathroom needs to be replaced. The shower didn't have a curtain or door. It had a handheld nozzle, which I like, but the holder to put it in while washing was not on tightly and the nozzle moved all around so the water went everywhere since there wasn't a door to keep the water in the shower. The floor of the shower was quite slippery and there was no safety bar to hold. Obviously the location can't be changed, and I chose this location to save money. Plus I was taking day tours that offered pick ups so I didn't think it would be a problem. And it wasn't so much, but I will tell you that it's on a very busy road without sidewalks, so I did not feel comfortable walking around to find dinner. However, I just ate at the hotel, which was fine with me.

Huge room ,huge 2 beds, view is nice staff are lovely food is good location is near to airport dentist, city proper and beaches and had a massage just down in my room and it was great stay!kids love the pool ans the playground .Good value for money
