The rooms are fairly tired and need renovating.

Hotel ruim. Muito caro pro que entregou. Hotel velho, café da manhã ruim.

Staff were courteous and helpful as usual, the facilities were of reasonable standard and the meals were delicious. Always enjoy my stay at Mercure Nadi.

Staff were friendly and efficient. The area was convenient for work purposes. Several families staying in the same hotel so seemed family friendly. .

Stayed there for 3 nights with my family and the service was amazing and the breakfast was delicious too. Very good location and save parking. Would recommend it!!

Rooms were dirty. Bathroom bathtub had pink mould and had a ring of mould around the tub. I'm pretty sure the beds had bed bugs. We all work up with bites on our legs and the sheets had stains on the cover - unsure if it had been changed or just remade. Really disappointed.

Lovely friendly staff who went the extra mile. We arrived early and they looked after our luggage so we could go out till our room was ready.

Nice hotel to stay in Nadi as close by the airport and shops

Slept very well and staff were pleasant. Pool was beautiful. Massage was lovely.

Staff need to be more flexible when a mistake in booking has been made. Other resort sort out the issue right away without questions here staff not willing to do anything about it

Recommended. Location is good . Easy to come to hotel even didn’t have a car took bus , stop in front of hotel . Check in convenient has 24 hours reception. Breakfast is good start early 6 am , room is good , water so powerful , tour and sightseeing is in lobby From hotel take bus to town easy from bus station can take bus to Suva too . Need shuttle to airport only 15 Fiji dollars per car . Staff in dining room is wonderful . Dinner time at hotel is very nice and reasonable price .

Our recent stay at the Mercure Hotel in Nadi, Fiji, was marked by both positive and disappointing aspects. The property enjoys a highly convenient location, with easy access to the airport, shops, and other key amenities. The hotel staff were courteous, attentive, and accommodating throughout our stay, which we sincerely appreciated. Unfortunately, the overall experience was significantly impacted by ongoing issues with the air-conditioning system. From the first day of check-in, the rooms were noticeably warm and uncomfortable. Despite thermostat settings between 18–20°C, the actual room temperature remained consistently above 25°C. Throughout our five-day stay, multiple reports and follow-ups were made to the supervisory and management team. Maintenance staff attended promptly on several occasions and attempted various adjustments; however, the issue could not be resolved. All members of our group, who were staying in separate rooms, experienced the same problem. One guest even chose to check out within an hour of arrival due to the excessive heat. It is strongly recommended that management prioritise upgrading the chiller units or reviewing the air-conditioning infrastructure to ensure rooms meet acceptable comfort standards. Addressing this concern would greatly enhance guest satisfaction and uphold the quality expectations associated with the Mercure and Novotel brands.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Mercure! Our first room had a toilet that didn't work and after a couple of attempts to fix it, we were given a new room immediately. The staff were always there to help and the breakfast chef soon became one of our best friends, the buffet breakfast was amazing. Dinner was also really good too. I had a massage while I was there on the first night and it was awesome, felt so relaxed. The room we stayed in was pleasant, and while not the newest it absolutely served it's purpose. Would 1000% stay there again. Take me back to Fiji ASAP 👌
