Huge room ,huge 2 beds, view is nice staff are lovely food is good location is near to airport dentist, city proper and beaches and had a massage just down in my room and it was great stay!kids love the pool ans the playground .Good value for money

The property is not maintaining the same standards of Mercure as in overseas countries. We were disappointed to walk into the room with broken tiles on the floor and bathroom needs to be renovated asap. We won't be staying there next visit.

Amazing staff!! Everyone was very friendly, and helpful, especially with hunting taxis in the area. Facilities at the hotel are all well maintained.

The restaurant was a disaster on the Friday night.virtually no staff serving and waited over an hour for our meals.a lot of use this hotel for one night when transiting through Fiji.all we want is a quick check in and a quick meal then bed.have stayed here multiple times but after last Friday I will stay elsewhere

Room was clean and place is about a 6 minute drive to the airport. This place is great if you land late as you can check in at anytime plus the kitchen stays open until late for food. The only thing is if you are traveling with suitcases, request for a room on the bottom floor as there is no elevator only stairs.

We enjoyed the buffet breakfast each day during our stay, the staff were great, the room itself was clean and quiet. Shops,restaurants and a supermarket are close by, also short bus ride into Nadi town for more shopping. Location of the hotel was convenient for day trips as the hotel is less then 10-minutes bus ride for pick-up and drop off from Port Denarua marina.

They put me on the third floor at the room number 306 and there was no lift access so I have to carry all my stuff up the stairs
