Basic room and bathroom but clean. Pillows are a joke! Bar is odd - you have to que up and go to the side to get served - ie they won’t serve you from the bar stool !! Breakfast is very busy, food is ok. Staff try hard in which must be a difficult job as most people are like locusts running around the food area like a race track. Not the best experience but that’s not the hotels fault. Lights in the evening are nice so is the entertainment for children.

The stay at the hotel was lovely breakfast had a good choice the only let down for me was the carpark. I question reception the evening before i left about how to pay for parking as we were leaving 6am, the ladies was friendly but said sometimes the tickets scan sometimes it doesn’t if not come into reception to pay at the desk. I asked if I could pay at the desk instead of risking it not working she said no try it first. So when we left I did as she said it didn’t work so had to come back into reception where another couple were checking out so took me 25 minutes to pay and therefore late to leave and a stressful journey to the LeShuttle due to there being congestion. Would have been a lot better if I could have left on time.

Leider funktionierte die Klimaanlage nicht. Dadurch war es im Zimmer viel zu warm. Ein herbeigerufener Techniker konnte die Klimaanlage vermeintlich in Stand setzen. Leider mussten wir am Abend, als wir ins Zimmer zurückkamen feststellen, dass es erneut viel zu warm war und die Klimaanlage erneut nicht funktionierte. Es war zu dieser Zeit auch kein Techniker mehr vor Ort und ein anderes Zimmer wollte oder konnte man uns nicht anbieten. Stattdessen gab man uns einen alten Ventilator, der außer Krach zu machen, null Wirkung hatte. Das ist für den gezahlten Preis leider völlig inakzeptabel. Dazu grenzt der noch zusätzlich zu entrichtende Preis für den Parkplatz an Nepp.

Ok hotell nær Disneyland. Kaos på bussene til parken endte med og ta egen taxi. Frokosten kunne vært bedre

The reception staff were very welcoming and informative, but we found the hotel in a very tired state. It has purposely been built for families and over the years has been used and abused and not updated or refreshed. Stained carpets in our room, damaged and worn doors, corridors and furniture throughout the building. Our table in the dining room had been damaged and tried to be repaired with car body filler! We were only there for 1 night and that was enough for us. The people in the room next door were constantly arguing and shouting very loudly and we could hear every word, which frightened our little one. Overall, not for us as this wasn't a cheap hotel and ment to be 4 star. Id say its more a 2 star. It depends what you want from your holiday, but we personally wouldn't book this hotel again.

Hôtel conforme aux attentes, les chambres sont propres et bien équipées. Finitions à revoir (joints de douche noircis, chasse d’eau à moitié fonctionnelle, porte serviette branlant) mais bon rapport qualité prix. Petit déjeuner buffet varié, personnel serviable Gros plus, la navette vers le parc et la gare tgv (trajet de 10 minutes toutes les 10 à 20 minutes)

Our second time staying at The Grand Magic and we absolutely loved it! Great hotel for families and excellent breakfast options

Frokosten er mer i tråd med 1-stjernes hotell. Kan ikke servere dette med "4" stjerner.

Très bel hôtel, propre et confortable. Personnel aimable, accueillant et disponible. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Restauration de qualité. Des navettes gratuites sont à disposition pour se rendre sur le parc et revenir à l’hôtel. Seul bémol et non des moindres, elles desservent trois hôtels à la fois ce qui fait qu’elles sont vite inaccessibles car saturées. C’est dommage, ça gâche un peu la magie. Pourquoi ne pas faire comme pour les autres hôtels du parc, une navette par hôtel ?

Personnel à l’accueil pas du tout aimable Hôtel extrêmement vétuste Problème de prise qui ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre, éviter salle de bain qui ne s’écoule pas, gros trous dans une serviette de bain Absolument pas un 4 étoiles C’est un 3 étoiles !

Riesiger Fleck im Teppich, Klimaanlage/Lüftung ging überhaupt nicht. Nicht nur im Zimmer, sondern auch im Flur zum Aufzug. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster als Alternative unmöglich, da auf dem Dach eine wahnsinnig laute Anlage montiert ist, die das gesamte Gebiet beschallt.

The staff were friendly, patient and helpful. Play activities for the kids, the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of variety and would book here again.

Sehr nettes Personal, der Shuttle-Service zum Disneyland war toll. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Auch das Abendessen war super, aber der Preis war etwas übertrieben. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber, einziger Kritikpunkt war, dass die Klimaanlage nicht funktionierte und wir ein Zimmer im Dachgeschoss hatten und es wirklich sehr heiß war.
