Staff are helpful and knowledgable. We approach them a lot of times during our stay. They always answer our enquiries patiently. The spa, Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna are definitely a highlight of this hotel.

地點相當棒，距離南針峰纜車搭乘點相當近。

櫃台人員態度親切，房間乾淨漂亮，飯店大廳望出去的風景超級美，有機會還會想住這間飯店

The location is very convenient. It is located next to bus station and cable car station. The staff is friendly and helpful. The room is well equipped and clean. Good choice to stay in Chamonix.

交通算方便，行去市中心也不遠

Levde inte upp till bilderna. Betalde extra för ett rum med utsikt över Mount Blanc. Fick ett rum på första våningen med träd som skymde all utsikt. Rummet kändes slitet. Ingen AC. Poolen avstängd en dag pga rengöring. Ett ok hotell, men inte för det priset.

Amazing view of the mountains!

Stayed here before our bigger trekking tour. Absolutely perfect and wouldn’t have changed a thing. Staff were amazing. Location was perfect.

Dette var virkelig dårlige greier. Ikke i nærheten av forventet standard på et såpass dyrt opphold.

Second time we have stayed at the property, great location, well maintained, pool and sauna-steam room are great, fabulous views from the breakfast terrace. Only complaint bar staff , I don’t think the bar is part of the hotel staff. Barman Sammy very rude and has an attitude not suited to the hospitality industry.

Spacious room, gorgeous lobby, relaxing pool and sauna area, mountain views - what more could you ask for! Coffee & pastries on the balcony was a highlight of our trip (there was a fabulous bakery just a few minutes walk away). The staff were friendly and helpful. I want to highlight their meticulous laundry service! It was fast, reasonably priced and they followed the washing instructions. The only feedback I could offer is I wished the pool hours were longer.

The Mountain View’s were epic and the view from the bar of Mont Blanc was unbelievable..

Very loud music until 11 and no air conditioning made for a sleepless night

Breakfast was extremely overpriced. Pool hours are only 10 am to 8 pm which was quite limiting. Got a voucher for ice cream at check in which we couldn’t avail until 8 pm, at which time we were out to dinner and unable to redeem afterward. In a noisy area, higher floor rooms are probably better.

The hotel was warm and welcoming the staff were so kind and helpful nothing was to much trouble…. A big shout out to the lovely lady on reception who checked us in on Sunday 26th July you go above and beyond you are a credit to the hotel they are very lucky to have you. We will be back..
