Good location near metro though not near city centre. Great view from room, coupled with friendly staff.

地點算是方便，走路5分鐘就到車站，附近也有百貨公司，但是飯店房間老舊，會介意的話，建議多考慮一下

早餐內容過於簡單，但是環境舒適

酒店我预定的是高级房，给我的是基础房型，还告诉我是高级房，不讲信誉。早餐每天都一样，没太多选择。睡觉床很舒服，但是身上会起红点，不知道是否是有螨虫。如果下次去还是住小巴黎，或者拉德芳斯的希尔顿

酒店位置很好、就是床太小了！

Quite mediocre for a 5 star

Un personnel au petit soin et gentil comme tout, curieux de l’événement en cours a la défense arena, avec qui la conversation est possible et interessante ! La chambre est impeccable à l’image de la réputation de l’hôtel !

I came early and i asked for early check in, the room was available but they asked for extra amount for early check in that on the same day in morning!! Also i didn’t feel that hotel was clean enough as 5 or 4 star hotel.

This is a hotel that needs a facelift.

The AC was useless. It barely does anything. And some of the staff were rude and unhelpful. Underwhelming.

Ett mycket vänligt bemötande i reception vid ankomst. Bra storlek på hotellrummet med en perfekt temperatur, trots värmebölja vid tillfälle för besök, skön säng, fint och bra badrum. En mycket bra Frukost. Ett hotel som jag kommer återkomma till.

We booked a Défense view room at the Mercure Hotel in La Défense via Hotels.com. Upon arrival, we were given a room on the 4th floor with no Défense view—only tall buildings right in front. After insisting, we got moved to the 17th floor, which was slightly better, but still not the view we paid for. Additionally, we pre-ordered two breakfast boxes for our early departure. In the morning, we only received one, and it didn’t match our order. When we mentioned it, they apologized, but there was no solution as we were leaving. Lastly, although this is marketed as a 5-star hotel, based on my experience, it felt more like a 3-star stay.

Rooms are outdated, one sees chips and cracks in the furniture, bathroom etc. Breakfast was excellent and so was the staff. We took Uber everyday however the drivers find it difficult to find the address.
