We booked a Défense view room at the Mercure Hotel in La Défense via Hotels.com. Upon arrival, we were given a room on the 4th floor with no Défense view—only tall buildings right in front. After insisting, we got moved to the 17th floor, which was slightly better, but still not the view we paid for. Additionally, we pre-ordered two breakfast boxes for our early departure. In the morning, we only received one, and it didn’t match our order. When we mentioned it, they apologized, but there was no solution as we were leaving. Lastly, although this is marketed as a 5-star hotel, based on my experience, it felt more like a 3-star stay.

Rooms are outdated, one sees chips and cracks in the furniture, bathroom etc. Breakfast was excellent and so was the staff. We took Uber everyday however the drivers find it difficult to find the address.

Staff were welcoming and helpful. Very close to shopping malls, supermarkets and public transport. Fitness and steam(hammam) were good.

Clean, well-maintained rooms and friendly, welcoming staff. The location is excellent, making it easy to commute to major attractions across Paris. Lots of shopping areas in the immediate vicinity. Breakfast was good overall, though there’s definitely room for improvement—particularly in terms of layout and variety of options.

Excellent location and very nice hotel. Just double check billings when check out, quite a few errors in over charging.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, jedoch herrschte großes Chaos. Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein und wir mussten täglich warten. Viel Personal, jedoch alles komplett unorganisiert. Eigentlich sehr schade, da die Qualität des Frühstücks gut ist.

Good stay overall. However, the breakfast wasn't handle properly by the staff. Due to a massive affluence, we had to eat in a separate smaller room where the product offer was way less than the normal one despite what the waiter/manager told us.

Le sauna est HS Le batiment est propre mais vieillissant Le petit déjeuner 10 min de queue pour peu de chose à manger (pas très propre) Machine en pannes pour les jus, machine à café saturée... Les serveurs du bar ne savent pas faire un cocktail

Nice, perfect. Go for this. 40 Euro with Uber to centrum. lots of restaurants. big shopping center,,massive. When using Uber be sure to tell driver the hotelname.

Séjour très agréable. Chambre, très propre, accueil, très agréable, tous les équipements étaient fonctionnels, chambre spacieuse pour deux personnes. Nous avons pris le petit déjeuner qui était inclus avec la chambre, et nous avons pu nous faire livrer le plateau en chambre ., petit déjeuner très copieux avec des produits de qualité Je recommande cet endroit.

Staff made this visit very special for my wife's birthday. Yes. Breakfast was fresh but predictable.

It was a good stay. Breakfast got really busy at time but that is expected given the amount of people that stay in the hotel. Room service was prompt and the staff were responsive and polite. Clarisse was very nice as the breakfast hostess and made sure I was taken care of each day.
