Pullman Paris la Défense

Staff made this visit very special for my wife's birthday. Yes. Breakfast was fresh but predictable.

It was a good stay. Breakfast got really busy at time but that is expected given the amount of people that stay in the hotel. Room service was prompt and the staff were responsive and polite. Clarisse was very nice as the breakfast hostess and made sure I was taken care of each day.

We saw a mouth going out from the restaurant Staff very limited Long time for check inn (no internet the whole afternoon till night No gd service for breakfast… Disappointed

L’entrée est jolie mais la chambre est sans plus, la literie n’est pas très confortable, il y a un surmatelas pour ne pas changer des matelas vieillots et pas renouvelés . Vraiment déçus, plutôt 4 étoiles mais pas 5. Petit déjeuner varié mais pas exceptionnel

Staff was great and responsive to our needs. Very helpful with transportation information to navigate Paris train system.

Stayed for a visit to the tennis taking place nearby. Flight delays meant I checked in at midnight but the staff were very helpful. Room very clean & spacious. Kettle with tea & coffee but no milk containers or creamer sachets. Breakfast was a good spread but seating hard to find. The breakfast in a bag for my early checkout had a good variety included.

The spa was wonderful. We used the sauna and had massages. The massage team was very good. The concierge service was incredibly helpful and extremely kind.

I stayed at Pullman Paris La Défense. While the hotel itself has a good location and offers comfortable rooms, my experience was unfortunately overshadowed by a serious security incident. On my first night, just after midnight, another guest entered my room using a key card that had been mistakenly issued by the front desk. I was asleep at the time and was startled to find a stranger inside my room. Although the guest apologized and explained that the card had been provided to him by reception, this was a very frightening experience and a major breach of safety and privacy. The management later (after 2 days and repeat complaints) apologized and offered compensation in the form of loyalty points, but the situation should never have occurred in the first place. For a property of this standard, I expected stricter security protocols to prevent such incidents. I hope the hotel takes corrective measures to ensure guest security in the future.

I was very disappointed with my stay. After check-out I found a £19 charge added to my holding deposit with no explanation. I did not use or consume anything in the room that could justify this charge, and when I tried to contact the hotel through the Expedia message box, I received no response. This has left me with a poor experience overall — I expect more transparency and better communication from a hotel of this level.

Hôtel très bien situé avec un personnel accueillant et attentif. Le seul bémol est la chambre qui a sérieusement besoin d'être rénovée.
