We spent 4 fantastic days at Pullman La Défense and we are absolutely delighted! Everything was perfect – the rooms were impeccably clean, which we truly appreciated. The breakfasts were delicious, with a wide variety of options to satisfy everyone. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly, always ready to answer our questions or fulfill any requests.
Another highlight was the beautiful, well-equipped gym, which we enjoyed using. The hotel also boasts a great location – easy access to the metro and trains, with shops, shopping malls, a Paul’s bakery, an ice rink, and a wonderful Christmas Market nearby. There are plenty of attractions to make each day enjoyable! Our stay at the hotel was an amazing experience – we’ll definitely be back!

Surclassée j'ai pu profiter du chambre deluxe au 15e étage avec une belle vue sur la Défense. (Ne vous attendez pas à voir Paris c'est pas du bon côté et les autres buildings sont beaucoup plus haut). Service au top. Chambre très spacieuse.

El check in un desastre alquilo habitaciones para 4 personas y me dan una para 2 luego 1 hora esperando a que me busquen la habitación correcta el hotel muy mal cuidado para ser 5 estrellas, lo único q tiene 5 estrellas es el precio, no volveré jamás poco recomendable

The hotel isn’t 5 stars. You can give this hotel 3 stars. Bad service. I asked for a baby bed which was included in my booking and I never get it for my 4 days stay in the hotel. I asked them every day and they told me that the housekeeping will fix it.

Personnel ni sympathique ni antipathique, par contre prise d empreinte de 80€ dès l arrivée "si on consomme" alors que le frigo est vide !!! (Est ce le prix les 2 malheureuses bouteilles d eau faites maison et les 2 sticks de café déshydratés ?)
Par contre l etat de la chambre pour ce niveau est tres tres decevant.
Salle de bain, bac douche cassé à plusieurs endroits, les joints sont moisis, des taches de salissures et éclaboussures derrieres la poste de la salle de bain.
Chambre : murs griffes, literie tres tres décevantes et de par la qualite et de par la taille (meilleures literies dans les novotel !!!)

Un domestique qui claquait des portes le soir, j’ai l’ai serré et je l’ai degagé de l’etage. Un ouvrier qui scier du bois pendant la nuit.

Excellent hotel right next to the main La Defence area. Some building work in the area but fantastic location and great hotel. Breakfast is expensive though. Excellent location and staff were very helpful. Speak multiple languages

I would not consider this a 5 star hotel.
Everything was fine. Although not requiring it I had a modified room for a disabled guest. This likely meant the space was roomier than perhaps a normal room which I personally found helpful. Given proximity to CNIT and conferences there’s often seemed to be long lines for check in

Not a 5 star hotel as advertised. Room was not very clean, carpets all stained and old. We arrived in the morning and our room was ready but the hotel charged €70 to check us in early, which I paid because we were tired. Breakfast was boring, same items every day. Service was very poor at breakfast. Won’t go back! Definitely NOT a 5-star facility!

Very helpful, kind and attentive staff.
Reasonable price vs conditions ratio (compared to other Paris hotels which are quite expensive compared to other top hotels in other places in the world without necessarily having good conditions or services).
This was my second stay at a Pullman Hotel in Europe and I was not disappointed.
I definitely recommend this hotel.

Awesome staffing, everyone from the valet parking individuals, the front desk, the restaurant staff to the cleaning lady everyone showed care and was very helpful. My wife, two little daughters and I checked in for 4 nights and felt safe, comfortable and happy to be in this hotel.
