We love our stay here ! Helpful and friendly staffs are heartwarming,the room that we had was perfect in every aspect. 3 mins walk to station, 5 mins walk to supermarket, lots of restaurants around….location is amazing! 5 stars rating and definitely we will come back in the near future!

房間內的插座設備，本來就比別家酒店少，又壞了兩個。致使整個房間僅有三個可以使用的插座（其中，一個在書桌、一個在浴室，另一個在門邊靠近地上），真的不太方便。書桌的燈也壞了，只能靠床邊的燈照明。整體感覺，管理有待加強。

距離科隆大教堂非常近，飯店路口的街角就可以看到完整的大教堂。服務人員非常親切，房間乾淨舒適。有機會再次造訪科隆的話繪繼續選擇住在這裡！

convenient to the train station, river side, the Cologne church, etc.
breakfast is good, however in the main entrance of the hotel, there are about 5 to 6 steps of stair case, imagine if we have heavy luggage, this would not be so good to accommodate in this hotel.

Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel war sehr schön, sauber und aufgeräumt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Die Aussicht von unserer Dachterrasse war überragend. Den einen Stern Abzug geben wir weil die Matratzen leider ziemlich durchgelegen waren, aber für eine Nacht war es okay.

The CityClass Hotel Dom is perfectly situated next to the two best Christmas markets and a short walk to the rail terminal. Our room was clean, quiet, and spacious, staff were friendly and accomodating. Couldn't have asked for a better stay.

I loved this hotel, staff, breakfast and most of all, location (so close to the Christmas markets)! The one and only downside were guests that were allowed to smoke 1” from the hotel front door. The smoke lingered inside the lobby all the time.
