Nice and friendly staff . Clean and tidy room. Lovely place for short vacation.

服務態度很好，入住時候是聖誕節，覺得缺少了一些聖誕氣氛，房間兩天清潔一次，但需要每天清潔也可以和前台溝通。

小朋友玩得好開心但酒店清潔服務每兩天一次，而且沒有任何的牙刷提供請自行攜帶。泳池比較少但都很整潔，1分鐘步行出沙灘。

有美麗閑靜的私人沙灘,可以度過悠閒的假期~房間可以煮食,務必先在新加坡購買好需要的食材跟飲料~ 登上民丹島後所有的東西都是五星級的價位~ 剛好遇到BBQ 之夜~兩人BUFFET +DRINK 要價4000台幣以上,非常驚人~當天飯店其他餐廳關閉,只剩下大廳冰箱食材可以購買,只好以泡麵充饑! 除非有車出去飯店~晚餐只能在飯店找餐廳或自己煮~ 飯店太新了,還有半數以上的房間尚未完成,感覺有非常大的進步空間~房間裝潢舒適宜人~很好睡~ 早餐要到隔壁同集團的悅椿飯店享用~大部分是印尼料理,豐富好吃,還有現打果汁非常好喝!

I absolutely love Cassia Bintan. It is the best value for what you get - you have a beautiful beach right in front, along with 2 different pools you can access. Rooms are super clean, cute. Staff is incredible. Though this is not a 'luxury' hotel, it was a perfect place to get away & relax.

The apartment was well equipped and clean. The staff were friendly but some overly so, such that it can seem fake. During check in the staff member did not explain everything clearly, instead showed us a page with the hotel amenities and asksd us to take a photo of it. The pool and beach area are lovely. One thing I wish the hotel had done was promote their activities. We stumbled across the paintball and archery in the nearby woods and had not even known it was there. The hotel was quiet with low occupancy so promoting the avaliable activities including water sports would have made sense. The hotel is value for money when compared to the sister hotel, the very expensive Banyan Tree right next door. The food in the resort is average, nothing special and I thought it was expensive for what it is.

Friendly staff; great beach with blue water; decent breakfast. Distance from beach depends on assigned block.

I had an amazing stay at Cassia Bintan! The staff were extremely welcoming and kind, the location and beach is stunning and the rooms modern and well equipped. I can’t wait to come back!

Overall a great experience! Spa at Banyan tree is not value for money.

Courteous staff, and a room with a beautiful beach view and access. It was disappointing that some F&B options in the menu of the main restaurant (Vista) was unavailable during the expectedly high occupancy Christmas holiday period. My wife also tried out the spa and wasn’t too impressed with the treatment and ambience. Hope to see improvements if we do decide to come again.

Great acco. Wonderful service. Beach was great. White sands and friendly surf. Activities are abundant.

The staff at the Cassia are amazing! They are so sweet, professional and helpful. Every single person there went above and beyond to ensure we had a good holiday. Everyone were smiling, engaging, helpful and amazing. The room was fine, clean and equipped with everything we needed. The facilities were great with good options of activities for a family. The breakfast was amazing and again with super staff. The location is beautiful, quiet and peaceful.

Staff were great! Exceptional service! Pool was right infront of the dining restaurant / checkin counter so a little strange placement there due to lack of privacy. Its a secluded resort so theres no shopping options but if youre opting to come here for a getaway, its worth it! Buggy service is available to take you between Angsana & Banyan Tree as well - theyre all under the same Banyan Group umbrella so its shared facilities! Theres pingpong, board games, a whole slew of daily activities i.e zumba / pool party, etc Managed to try breakfast @ Vista (a lot of options to choose), dinner at Treetops Restaurant (costed us about 1.1 mil rupiah for 2 pax) & Int Bbq Dinner @ Xana Beach Club (680,000/nett per pax excl. drinks) All in all, it was pretty worth it for a quick getaway! We reached around 6pm & spent about SGD$550 for 2 pax / 2D2N (excl. ferry tickets) - not too bad i suppose.

Our room is on the second floor with the balcony facing the car park. There are multiple blocks with multiple stories, so do not expect ground floor balcony like those shown on photos. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is price like in Singapore with additional 21% taxes. Took grab to Lagoi Bay which cost >300K rupiah. Hotel provides shuttle to the same place but with limited timing. A good place for families to have a relaxing time by the beach nonetheless. Tips: make use of the free activities provided by the hotel such as tree trail and bird watching walk in the morning. Note: Their forest hike requires covered shoes.

Beautiful place and amazing, welcoming staff. We only stayed for two nights, but felt so refreshed. Would highly recommend.

My stay Cassia was excellent. The room was beautiful and well maintained

Room was clean and comfortable. There are sufficient facilities for us including table tennis. Breakfast spread, food at Treetop and Angsana were all to our liking.
