When we arrived and checked in, the reception said we had booked a one bedroom apartment even though our hotel voucher clearly stated that my booking was for a two bedroom apartment. After changing several people, one of them finally agreed to prepare a two bedroom apartment for us, but they needed time to prepare the room, so we had to wait and wait. We asked several times and waited for more than an hour, and finally the room was ready and we could go in. After entering the room, we are very satisfied, the room is very clean and spacious. Although the check-in process was a bit unpleasant, forget it.

Datang-datang disambut sama FO yang jutek, air pembuangan di kamar mandi tersumbat, lapor malah di bilang tidak ada layanan & no response. Super bad dengan rate 5jt-an. Thanks untuk 1day bad experience!

Cassia hotel is very clean, room also very clean but pillow is too soft. Need improvement on providing new water bottle type but not refill glass type. The breakfast is acceptable. The staff is friendly, nice pool, good activity Aqua Zumba, turtle release, night music. Overall good, worth a visit.

Front desk service was super nice, even though food options were quite limited. We had the loft room with garden view for 4 pax and it was super clean, room service was great and it was much better than expected.

The staff at the hotel, especially Anna at the front desk, were great! Everyone was polite and welcoming. The foam party at the pool with the aqua zumba was fantastic too. The instructor was very enthusiastic and encouraging. Food was decent and the nasi goreng was delicious, though the buffet breakfast was a little underwhelming. Room was comfortable and they kindly gave us an upgrade to a larger room. Cleanliness-wise, do note that theres no daily housekeeping and people do cook in the rooms, so it can get a little dirty due to the tight turnover time between occupants. The cutleries in our room had to be deep cleaned as there were bits of food left on it and the floor was alittle greasy. One of the toilets in the room smelt really pungent due to the sewage system. Definitely room for improvement on the cleanliness front. All in all, a great stay with a lovely pool and team of staff. Will definitely stay there again. Thanks Cassia team!

We clean our suites every two days as standard, for guests who want more, housekeeping on demand is available.
Noted for the deep cleaning of in-room cutleries as well as the bed smell.

Good place but bad service. Also the worse thing is that they put two bedroom title on the type of room lists. But turns out they provide the twin bed on one room and expect us to order the extra bed by paying extra $ 70 (because we booked the room online). Thanks Cassia for the experience.
