酒店有些舊，但仍可接受。環境略為離開旺區，對出海灘非常美麗。

We stayed for only one night and checked in around midnight. We were allocated a room which was already occupied by a couple of guests. When we used the room card to enter the room, the two guests were already on bed and the lady screamed. It was a shock to us all. A terrible mistake that the reception has made. The other room given to us had a serious drainage issue for shower. The washing and cleaning should be done daily and should have been noticed by workers. Therefore not only an isolated problem but likely a problem with staff could care less attutide. I must however say that it is not the typical mercure experience that I had.

信价比很好。酒店的环境非常好，适合度假，酒店后面的沙滩人很少，非常美，可以snorkeling, 海草有点多，但是海草附近有些各种各样的小鱼和别的生物，还有没有毒的普通海蛇。酒店1.5公里内，好像有个潜水地点，叫Dog's Point, 水深大概6-7米，有大片的珊瑚，还有各种鱼类，底下被铺了十块路，就像个水底小花园。非常美

Beautiful landscaping, beach access and friendly, responsive staff. When I checked into the room the A/C wasn’t working, they quickly relocated me.

It was a 3star at best. Bathroom and bedroom were dated, damaged and dirty. Also my room hat no hot water. I asked repeatedly at the reception to check my shower. They said to let it run more than 5 min …but there was nothing after 15min. So if your room is 179, be prepared! Also the guava juice and the fruit cuts were regularly sour on the breakfast buffet (at 7:30am in the morning)… not sure how that is possible, it seems it is not be prepared freshly in the morning and might be from the night before.

Rooms were unclean - plenty of bugs and insects. Bathroom, cleanliness was substandard.

Kamers waren net gerenoveerd. Dus zeer schoon. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam . Veel hulp gehad bij verlenging van het verblijf on Hotel en verlenging visum Dit ivm de crisis in Iran Zwembad kan nog maar moet binnenkort vernieuwd worden Er waren deze keer veel kinderen .

A little dated but in a perfect location. Loved the staff, and they are very honest & caring.

Enjoyed my stay at Mecure Sanur. Rooms were very quiet with comfy beds & pillows. All staff were extermely helpful & friendly. Property is dated however it is in a quiet location on the beach with plenty of restaurants & cafe's nearby. Would stay here again.

Excellent everyone is kind in here.

The room was dated and needed maintened. For example the curtains were way too short for the window, the glass window in the bathroom had a hole in it and looked dangerous the bathroom also had mouldy grout. The coffee cups were stained. The breakfast was terrible tried it twice and wouldn't recommend it. On the up side the location was great and the staff where very friendly.

Excellent grounds, pool, staff and breakfast! Only downside, front desk staff who answers the phone doesn't speak English and often does not address your request, request to speak to someone who speaks English.

Room is dated but clean. Staff extremely friendly. To many dogs in the area, barking day and night and urinating on beach bean bags. Great location. D

Good hotel in great position right on the beach. You can see wear and tear but staff do make every effort to make stay very welcoming. Especially waiting staff and room attendant

Great location close to the beach, perfekt for our 2 year old son. Staff super friendly and helpfull if needed. Breakfast had evereything yoposspossible

Mercure Sanur is a bit older compared to other hotels in the area, but it’s clean, affordable, and has a lovely private beach, which is a big plus. We booked the Christmas buffet (6–9 pm) and arrived around 7 pm. By 8:30 pm, staff repeatedly asked if we wanted more food or drinks, and some tables were already being cleaned. By 8:40 pm, the buffet was being packed away, which felt unacceptable as it was meant to run until 9 pm. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff were great, but others—especially at the bar—were inattentive. Light lunch orders often took 50–60 minutes, and on more than one occasion drinks were forgotten entirely, even when we were sitting right in front of the bar. Staff were apologetic, but we often had to repeat ourselves. On a positive note, the front desk staff were excellent—friendly, efficient, and helpful.
