wifi一般，床好舒服，有電梯，房間一般大，可打開兩個中喼，每個燈都有獨立電制，關燈有些煩，沖涼用品有，只有淋浴，淋浴的玻璃門底有個小洞，沖涼時會有水走出來，成地都係水，員工服務好，樓下有餐廳

位置优越，商务设施齐全

就在Como Nord車站旁不到一百公尺的地方，走路約三五分鐘就到了，位置非常好！飯店有腳踏車可以借，免費，只要簽名就可以拉著去騎車。早餐還算精緻，房間就是歐洲老老舊舊的那種，反正乾淨就好。價格如果能更便宜的話，應該會更好！

Lovely Hotel in a very convenient location. Breakfast was lovely and I actually found the single room great for 1 person. The second floor landing is a real stunner.

Clean and spacious rooms. Staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good but lacked variety. Location was excellent, near restaurants and ferry.

We stayed in the king suite with its own gigantic private balcony facing the beautiful Lake Como. It was heavenly. Breakfast in the garden restaurant was excellent. Well run hotel with friendly staff. Highly recommended to my friends.

Best place to stay in como

Excelente volta estadia de 4 noites , perfeito

Bra hotell med fantastiskt läge. Kan inte bo bättre vid Lake Como. Terrassen med sjöutsikt var magisk. Bra frukost med möjlighet att sitta ute och njuta av sjön. Servicen av personalen var perfekt.

The hotel rooms are extremely small and feel quite cramped, making it difficult for a couple to comfortably unpack and spread out their belongings. The staff, particularly some of the bartenders and security personnel, came across as unfriendly and unwelcoming. During breakfast, I was asked more than five times whether I was actually staying at the hotel, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The breakfast service was also very slow. On multiple occasions, coffee arrived so late that I had nearly finished eating by the time it was served. Overall, the property feels overpriced for what it offers and could benefit from some much-needed updates and maintenance. The one major positive is the location, which is very convenient and makes it easy to explore the area. Unfortunately, the overall experience did not justify the price, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Nice and clean rom. Good bed. Good service. Generally, the hotel needs som renovation. Specially, sound isolation upgrade of both windows and corridir doors.
