This Hotel is located perfectly. One of the most comfortable Hotel rooms I have been in, and I have traveled the world. The staff were extremely helpful, breakfast had a variety for everyone and was delicious.
When I come back to Lake Como I will definitely stay here.

It’s a superb experience to stay in this hotel. My wife and I enjoy the breakfast a lot. Every day when we go back to the hotel, we have a nice shower and good rest. One minor insufficiency is that they don’t provide an electric kettle which we can have a cup tea or hot water. We surely need that in winter time.

Housekeeping service - need improvement. The housekeeping will not be finished until after 3pm during our stay. The coffee cups have never been clean during our stay.

This hotel is in a central location on Lake Como and within walking distance to many restaurants, the ferry, the funicular and other attractions. The “continental” breakfast was actually a huge breakfast buffet with pastries, eggs, bacon, sausages, fruit, mimosas, coffee, deli meats, granola and juices…all delicious! Rooms are updated and very clean. My only complaint is concerning the flat, hard pillows but I also did not ask for a replacement which I should have done.

Traveling with my husband to Lake Como area for the first time. The location is great! Easy to walk to local restaurants and many available tours from Como. Ferry is right there. Breakfast buffet was ok-there weren’t many options for a vegan like myself. Rooms and bathrooms are small and could be updated.

The Palace Hotel had great staff and the breakfast was wonderful. The only unusual aspect was you had to go downstairs to iron your clothes but that seems to be the norm in Italian hotels .

The room was lovely, and the view from the balcony over the lake was wonderful to wake up to each morning! Breakfast was delicious- loads of choice and all the food was very tasty. Staff were always very professional and friendly. We will definitely be coming back again.

From the moment we arrived the staff in the front desk were excellent and took time to help us understand the area and how to book water taxi’s too. Very efficient, professional and nice. Rooms were superb and when booking I mentioned this trip was a double celebration for our friends and ourselves and there was a nice welcome in both rooms and personalised too.

This was an excellent hotel. Highly recommend staying here. Location was excellent. The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful. Absolutely delicious breakfast buffet. The room and bathroom were v spacious by European standards. Our shower was great! Only suggestion would be to have more closet and drawer space for clothes but overall this was an excellent hotel.
