Although the public onsen pool is out of service at the time we visit, it is still a lovely place to relax! Very good service and environment, also the in-room private onsen is really enjoyable! The dinner and breakfast is delicious and exquisite! Overall a really good place to stay!

Enjoyed very good dining experience in the hotel, the public bath area is big and clean, thanks for the service lady Miss Tsai to help us out in itinerary issues.

Excellent food, service is very impressive. Clean room with hot springs bath tab inside room, private shuttle from station to hotel. Highly recommended.

All staff are extremely nice and professional. Everything was streamlined and you can really relax during the stay. Especially thanks to our lovely host, always showing pleasant smile and paying attention to details. It was indeed a very pleasant stay and a memorable one for my mom and I. 所有人都非常有禮貌，有待客如上賓的感覺！環境寧靜清幽，晚上睡覺很舒服。房間有溫泉，也不需要去大浴場。另外，餐點都很美味

好喜歡這間飯店，空間很夠，房內就可以泡湯看風景，又可以搭電梯直達早雲寺太棒了，冰箱有果汁啤酒免費，但飯店也可以放些投幣機買飲料泡麵等，附近沒有便利店和超商！

服务无得弹，我们到达时下雨，服务员一人提着俩个大行李，不著地的拿到酒店，真的要赞，房间干净，但房内风吕池有点旧，池底有木碎破损。晚餐我们不吃牛，店家很好，换成了鲍鱼，但总括晚餐一般般，其他整体还是很高水评的。

This place was absolutely amazing, the experience, service and hardware are truly worth the price and the food was super! Definitely will visit here next time!! Miss Natsumi Morita(if I spelled right), was super friendly and kindly, our honer to have her as our waiter during stay. I would recommend everyone to stay here for at least one night when visit HAKONE.

地點便利, 早雲山站一出, 乘搭電梯便到了! 服務超級貼心及殷勤, 膳食也非常精緻可口, 再加上溫泉設施, 絕對值得一來!!

It was an amazing experience. The building and surroundings look old but overall it was pretty clean. Service was top notch. Private onsen was really nice. Food was good. The only thing was we found 2 used cotton swabs under a table and behind one trash bin. Other than that, it was a legendary experience! 9.5/10

服務員都很友善，親切，熱情，其中一晚用餐時因為隔壁的客人很吵，問我們有沒有被騷擾到，隨後還幫我們換個安靜的地方用餐，另外有接送服務到強羅站或強羅站附近的景點，不過有一天早上不知道哪裡來了一隻小蜘蛛在床上，幸好當時都已經起床了，這是唯一美中不足之處，其他基本上都很好啦

Got treated like honoured guests when we arrived at check-in time 3pm. Room on the second floor, with a private onsen was beautiful. Service was fantastic and food was very good. Very close to the cable car station too. Would recommend for a romantic stay.

This ryokan was incredible. The staff could not have been more kind. If you are booking with board (food) keep an open mind and enjoy the experience of traditional Japanese food and service. It is truly unforgettable. The in room onsen is wonderful, the amenities are excellent. You are provided clothing for dinner and sleeping. TV has Netflix. In room bathroom of course, refrigerator and Nespresso. They have their own private elevator to the ropeway station! It's 5 minutes from the hotel. They also have massage services for extra fee. Highly recommend
