石埠酒店

很好的服務，環境寧靜，房間很乾淨。去雪猿公園及溫泉街很方便。食物很好味，洒店的溫泉亦很好。有一個家庭溫泉，可惜想用時有其他客人使用，要去雪猿公園的選這間酒店很好。

The services were excellent. The hotel owners made you feel very much at home and were very helpful.

Good service. Pick us up at the train station, free ride to the Monkey Park and then to the saki brewery. No meals offer at the hotel. A relaxing place.

這是一家家族經營的溫泉旅館，已經是第四代。環境清幽，很近猿猴公園。是一間非常窩心體貼的溫泉旅館，自己在網上訂房時大意誤會了旅館位置是草津附近，還約定旅館在草津口火車站接我們，最後發現是弄錯了，館主也免為其難由長野縣派車到群馬縣接我們，來回三小時，雖然收取¥10,000亦非常值得。司機原來是老板之一，他見我喜歡拍照，途中載我們到處取靚景拍照。到了旅館，我和老公想到附近火車站看一看，因為第二天會搭火車離開，誰知走到一半下起微雨，沒想到司機老板駕車四處找我們，為了給我送雨傘，太感動了！這是一間用心經營的旅館。第二天免費送我們去猿猴公園兼怕我們趕往不上火車，殷勤將送行李帶到猿猴公園，再送我們到火車站。真是一個難忘又感恩的旅程！

Delicious food and excellent service

服務親切，環境舒適，非常悠閒放鬆，且館主有提供接送到野猿公苑及車站， 缺憾是周邊景點除snow monkey外，沒有太多可以參觀遊玩的地方

The Shibu Hotel was a great place to stay. The staff are extremely kind and hospitable, and the meals were delicious and thoughtfully prepared. Highly recommend!

It is an older property however very well managed and clean. The staff is amazing very eager to accommodate all guests. We purchased half board option and the food was delicious, truly authentic experience.

From the arrival to departure. The stay was incredible. Room was really big and traditional. Food was an experience itself both dinner and breakfast were incredible. Highlights were the private outdoor onsen. The staff was lovely and very helpful. The town is really cute at night. Would totally recommend and go back.

The building is beautiful and clean. The staff were very sweet and incredibly helpful. We had a delicious dinner and breakfast during our stay. It's also in a beautiful location where you can listen to the river while falling asleep. If you are planning on seeing the snow monkeys, this place is a must.

Shibu hotel and the entire staff was welcoming, helpful, and perfect in every way. Hands down one of the best hotels and experiences I’ve ever had!! They are amazing and everyone should stay there - the town is stunning, the relaxation is peak, and the food and rooms are above and beyond!!

Friendly staff, great amenities

The Ryokan exceeded all our expectations. The food was absolutely outstanding -beautifully presented and truly memorable. The service was impeccable, attentive, kind and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our stay. Having a private onsen that we could reserve was the perfect touch. It was peaceful and relaxing.We truly enjoyed the authentic Ryokan experience.

The thoughtful staff, excellent kaiseiki dinner made our stay a fabulous one. The property is well kept & we experienced warm, Japanese hospitality - from lunch recommendations, snowball toys, to free flow drinks at the lobby and room. We loved Shibu Onsen town & Shibu hotel made it all the more special. The Onsen was great especially during winter.
