涩谷格雷斯登饭店

我喜歡酒店附近靜中帶旺的感覺。步行不到1分鐘就有lawson, 數分鐘內就有7-11和一些餐廳。 步行10分鐘就到澀谷大街，非常方便 酒店乾淨整潔、員工有禮貌。有預購早餐的住客可選擇和式/西式早餐（兩者都不是自助餐形式），但味道不錯。 建議就是房間設定為暖氣，真的太熱。 另外門匙如果換成門卡比較好，另外如不用每次出酒店門都要交低鎖匙會比較方便。 整體居住體驗不錯。

This is a good hotel in this area. Ckean and calme. I stayed 2nights. We will stay next time.

Too far away from JR station but hotel people are very nice

前台友善，房間清潔，入住兩晚都很愉快，單人房間雙人床舒適。酒店在民居中，離涉谷駅不過一段直路好近，酒店轉角就是Lawson便利店。涉谷是個充滿活力而熱鬧的地方，適逢萬聖節就更加熱鬧好玩，酒店還送了萬聖節小禮物。

Small but warm and kind hotel. Staff was very gentle, room was clean. Space was more than expected, better than other hotel stay before. Very good!

Hotel with perfect location in Shibuya. Staff was always attentive. They give you the option to choose between japanese or western style breakfast .

I had a great stay here in Shibuya. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to help with anything I needed. The location is perfect—everything is nearby, from shops to restaurants, making it super convenient to get around. The rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s completely normal for Tokyo. What really makes up for it is how clean everything is and how well the space is maintained. Overall, the combination of great service, cleanliness, and unbeatable location made this a fantastic choice. I would definitely stay here again

No AC in the rooms, the place it’s old and no save in the room the receptionist not helpful and did not want to help with anything. It was hot in the room even that it was cold outside

いまどきカードキーではなく、外出時には鍵を預けなくてはならないなど、古めかしいホテルでしたが、室内は清潔だし、設備等にも特に不満はありませんでした。

Good location, staff were good. The bathroom stunk (smelt like dirty stagnant water from leaking pipe) which flowed into the room - informed the staff twice but still stunk after the third day. Had to spray air fresher each day to mask the smell. My husband ended up fixing the issue by wiggling the sink basin back into postion which was not sitting correctly, leaving a gap for the smell to come through. Heating was centrally controlled so we could not adjust - it was stiffling. We could not open the window. Had to keep the door ajar during the day when we were in. The floor hallway carpet we were on, smelt like stale food. Their policy of handing your room key to reception each time you leave the hotel, even if for only a few minutes, was annoying and inconvenient. My son, who stayed at another hotel with friends, dropped by to say hello and use the toilet wasn't allowed up and when we needed to sort our luggage between us, I had to be stern to have him in the room for 30 mins. This was our third and last hotel during our first Japan trip - was not a good ending to fantastic trip. Would not stay at this hotel again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone. NPS - 1 staff twice but after cleaning the smell there.
